At Mama Koala, we have an important mission - to develop good, functional
and safe products for the littlest ones. With our state-of-the-art production
factories you can be confident of a regular and reliable product supply that
meet the highest quality and safety standards. Each of these sites adheres
to strict quality controls throughout the manufacturing process. We utilize
advanced machines - thermoplastic polyurethane (TPU) film machine for
example - to ensure we continue to deliver soft but very tough water-proof
fabric. For ensuring customers receive products free from defects, every
single one fabric cut-part need to pass through visually check. No flaw was
too small to escape their eagle eyes.

Most of our designers who work here are parents, too. While our team is a diverse
mix of professionals with varied interests, there is a common thread - They are all
passionate about designing for babies and love making a difference and helping
families with small children in their everyday routines. That’s why they are constantly
develop new prints based on their unique creative idea.

“I was inspired by the beautiful sunset over the sea when

I was traveling with my family. And I hope to show the
happiness I felt at that time in the prints. The color is
selected from the oil painting created based on the photos
taken at that time, a large area of warm colors is used to
create an ambiance of elegance and warmth. ”

sacred flower. To cater to the breath of spring and the
combination of rural style, I chose the light texture of denim

They are very suitable for wet babies, good for night use.
The fold line process is used to adjust the size of the inserts, then it can match the size of the diaper.

Things to note:
Shrinkage is normal and to be expected when prepping natural fiber inserts, for hemp inserts, up to 10%
shrinkage may occur after washing. It may appear slightly hairy when washed more than 3 times due to the
material characteristics, it is not a quality issue.Excessive drying or hot washing at a temperature above 105F
may cause the fabric to deform and curl the edges, is not a quality issue.
Headband & Bow
Composition:
Headband: Super Soft Elastic Nylon
Bow: 100% Polyester
Details:
The bows are available in polyester and minky.
The headband is made of super soft elastic nylon, it can be stretched manually for a perfect fit, it will not leave
any marks on the baby's head.
Things to note:
To ensure safety, please do not let babies wear the headbands and bows while sleeping or without supervised
by the adults.
Nylon headband should avoid scratching, please make sure to use it within a suitable head circumference.
