In modern days, the significance of newspapers is becoming less than the Internet, because

young people can read news on their mobile devices. As for myself, I strongly agree with this
statement for following reasons.

The first reason is accessing the news on the internet is more convenient for viewers to watch in
their spare time. Many people like teenagers have grown up in a digital world and use their
phones a lot so they can view the latest news on the Internet anytime and anywhere when they
have time to read. People are engaged with the Internet for many purposes so they can read the
news on the Internet at night, free time, or after work. With the printed news, information can
only be seen when they have time to relax or cannot go out.

The second reason is people do not pay extra fees for watching communication on the Internet.
Some people believe the costs of newspapers are more expensive than the news on the Internet.
People think watching the news on the internet is free and no need to pay fees. On the other
hand, when we want to read the national newspaper , we have to go out and pay the fees for the
newspaper.

In conclusion, I agree that accessing the latest news on the Internet is the tendency of people in
the modern times. The main reasons are watching the news on the Internet makes people feel
more comfortable and may not be charged the extra fees
