Module Activity:

ACTIVITY A. Answer the following questions intelligently.

1. Is one’s search for what is true easy? Why or why not?

- Yes, I do think it's easy to find the truth, but the hard part is admitting it. Because not
everything we see is just a lie, it's still hard to find the truth, especially if the truth you
want to see is hidden and denied to you.

2. What do you do to seek for truth?

- Understanding things helps me to begin the thinking process whether I'm looking for
something real or when I want to learn anything. Before I look for the truth, I take the
time to understand what is going on. I search for the truth by trying to figure out what is
behind it all. and attempt to make decisions in order to discover the truth.

3. Can you cite some instances or examples in which your journey in seeking for
what is true has been hindered?

- As a student, I have always tried to achieve effective learning, yet I have encountered
many individuals who have challenged my development. Before this, all I wanted to do
was follow the rules and finish my work, tasks, and exams. However, because of their
attitude, some of them will stop you from moving forward because they don't want to
see you grow and prosper. You will fail if they do, too.

4. Can you always stand for what is true? How?

- Stand your ground when you are absolute that you are correct. Keep fighting for what
you believe in because giving up would make you regret it in the end. Make proper
changes if you're wrong, and take lessons from your faults. You’ll find out why you
made those mistakes.

5. Why do you have to seek for what is true?

- If people deny the true facts, we will have to overcome a lot issues since knowing the
truth requires understanding how the humanity, society, individuals, and others
works. You understand the truth, and you know that dishonesty will never help you meet
your goals or assure your family's or your own safety or those of your life.
ACTIVITY B.

Do the exercise honestly. Recall some activities that disregard one’s pursuit for
what is true that you have engaged in. You have to be clear of the reasons in
engaging such. Remember, being honest is the beginning of one’s quest for
truth.

- When I was in junior high school that was the National Achievement Test day. The
seating arrangement was like this: alphabetical order of our last names. Then the exam
started until recess, and then our teacher said I would go to the comfort room and you
guys should stay quiet and respectful and focus on your own paper. She left for a while.
While our teacher was in the restroom, I saw my classmates were copying answers to
each other, like they were copying each other's exams, and then one of my classmates
next to me was copying the answer to my other seatmate, and then I was just
answering the exam. But we didn't realize our teacher was coming, who had just
returned from the restroom, and they were caught copying to each other, and my
teacher asked me if my classmates were copying to each other. I replied, "No, ma'am,"
and she asked me again. If one of my classmates copies an answer to me or copies an
answer to my seatmate, and I tell her, "Ma'am, I answered an exam quietly and no po.
In order to save them, I lied to my teacher. I told her that my classmates were not doing
that. Maybe if I told the truth, they would fail an exam, they might get punishment, and
they would not be able to take the exam again due to their actions, so I didn't tell the
truth.

Do you think the experience you have written will definitely reflect who you are
and of what you will become? Why?

- This is an experience for me that reminds me to tell the truth no matter what happens
in that situation. I should not be afraid to tell the truth, especially in that situation,
because if they catch or find out that I am telling a lie, I could be involved in such a
situation Even if it is said that I am only concerned about my classmate, you must be
ready to face the consequences when you tell a lie. You must be brave to face the truth
because if you don't face it, you can ruin it and it can ruin your life. Telling the truth is
something we should do in our daily work, not only when someone is watching but also
when no one is watching.
ACTIVITY C.

How many items you checked:

Always: __ 1________ Sometimes: _____2_________
Seldom: ___ 2__ ______ Never: ________5_________

Journal Writing:
Do you think all the items where you have checked Always will help you respect
yourself and others in the quest for what is true? Why?
- No, because I think the horoscope is just a guide. It's up to you if you believe it and if
you follow it. Because at the end of the day, only you will decide for yourself what path
you will take. If it is bad or if it will be good for you, only you can decide for yourself
whether you will be good to other people or not. For me, I will still choose to be good to
other people, even if they have not been good to you. Because at the end of the day,
even if there are people who have disrespected you, as long as you know in yourself
that you have become respectful to them, then your inner peace will be peaceful.
