 FACT ABOUT NATIVE AND NON-NATIVE :

https://www.grin.com/document/140542
1. Native
- Who has learned English as first language in childhood.
A native speaker or user of English is someone who has learned English as
first language in childhood. That means being a native speaker of a language is
a fact which cannot be changed afterwards in life through training or learning.
- Teaching skills.
Native teacher with good language skills, but little or no teaching skills.
Because, language knowledge is not enough to be a successful teacher, as a
teacher also has to know teaching methods and strategies and has to
understand students, their problems and their cultural backgrounds. Native
speakers might also have problems to understand their students mistakes and
problems with the language or the learning process, as they often are not able
to speak or understand their students.

2. Non-native
- Who have learned particular language.
Are people who have learned this particular language as second or third
language, but have a different language as native language.
- Teaching skills.
Not have the fluency, but non-native have a better insight into the language
learning process than native speakers and supply the students with more
information about the target language. Non-native teacher can also to explain
structures, vocabularies or any other problems in class.

 THE CONCLUSION OF THE RESEARCH RESULTS

I have made questions to students to analyze the use of native and non-native
teacher. They have different opinions, there are those who like native teachers as their
teachers, because they have fluent and correct English skills. Some people like non-
native teachers as their teachers, because they have good teaching skills. Every
teacher must have advantages and disadvantages of each. Depending on how students
react and have to learn, because the teacher is only an intermediary for education.
