1. 1080 pixel with 30 frames per second
2. 1080 pixel with 60 frames per second
3. 4k pixel with 30 frames per second
4. 4k pixel with 60 frames per second
5. And or above

b. DSLR
i. Video setting must be one of the following:
1. 1080 pixel with 25 frames per second
2. 1080 pixel with 30 frames per second
3. 1080 pixel with 50 frames per second
4. 1080 pixel with 60 frames per second
5. 4k pixel with 30 frames per second
6. 4k pixel with 60 frames per second
7. And or above

2. Recording /shooting proper

Suggested set up for the background:
a. Chroma cloth
ii. Good white lighting

a. Natural Light

i. Use the back camera for better quality

ii. Shoot in landscape mode (horizontally instead of vertically)

iii. Use tripod


iv. Turn on the gridlines on your screen, if you have it, when shooting video. This gives you a handy
guide for keeping your device level
v. Output should be whole body video (allot 2 inches margin above and below)

3. Use phone to record the audio. Use wired headset served as your microphone. And follow
the illustration below (if available).
