RE: PREQUALIFICATION FOR SUPPLY OF HUMAN DRUGS AND MEDICAL SUNDRIES

Reference is made to the prequalification notice dated 12th April 2022 to which you responded
by submitting your company bid.

We are pleased to inform you that your company emerged successful and was prequalified for
the provision of works/services/Supplies:

Supply of Human Drugs and Medical Sundries

For the period commencing 12th September 2022 to 30 June 2025. Attached is the Vendor
Registration Form that you need to fill out so we can setup/update your profile in our system.

Through this period, your company will be contacted to submit quotations/proposals for
provision of services under the above sub-category as required, specified and communicated.

You will be expected to conduct business with MU-JHU in an ethical and professional manner
throughout the course of the financial years you are prequalified. MU-JHU will evaluate your
performance in the aspect of price/ value responsiveness, quality and timely delivery. Should
your company’s performance fall below expectations, this offer will be revoked.

Please note that this letter is not a contract and shall not result into any binding contractual
obligation between your company and MU-JHU. Purchase Orders/Agreements/Contracts
whichever is applicable will be issued to your firm, should it emerge successful in any of the
bidding exercise during the prequalification period.
