Offer of Employment

We are pleased to offer you employment at NAD General Trading as a sale and
marketing executive December 01, 2021.

Duties and Responsibilities :

This is opposition that offers unlimited milage in terms of prestige and
commission, in a friendly and successful working environment in our organization.
Selling and promoting our product to existing client and developing the new
business.
Search and identify new projects including but not limited to hotels, restaurant,
school, universities, and develop a plan to introduce NAD General Trading
Capabilities.
Present the NAD General Trading exclusive range to selected customers and sign a
preferred supplier agreement with candidate.
Assemble the portfolio of NAD General Trading products together with the
relevant prices to form the basis of quotation to prospective customers.
Clients Base in addition to prospecting customers, you will received and existing
batch of current clients as well as qualified leads.

Work shift : Monday through Saturday

Working Hours : 8.00 am to 1.00 pm & 4.00 pm to 8.00 pm

Duties : Meeting the customers and discuss their designs and get it approved,
coordination with the manufacturing team for the approved designs of customer
products. Maintain all the Files and documentations properly and professionally.
Reporting Line :

You will be reporting directly to the Directors of the Company.

Compensation Package :

Basic Salary :
AED 3000.00 (Three Thousand Only Per Month )

Commission Policy :
You will get 2% percent commission on your achieved base sales target and on
collective sale.

Accommodation :
Sharing accommodation will be provided by the Company.

Transportation :
Fully maintained vehicle will provided by the company, also the sim card will be
provided.

Annual Leave : 30 calendar days per two years, leave can be avail only upon the
two year anniversary of joining date.

Medical Coverage : As entitled by the Health Card issued by the UAE Ministry of
Health

Gratuity : In conformity with UAE labor laws

Ticket : One Economy air ticket to country of origin to be given once in two years
provided upon the two year anniversary of your joining date.

Other Business activity :

Working /generating business for businesses other than NAD General Trading will
not be tolerated at any time and NAD reserves right to terminate employment in
line with UAE Labor Law.

Probationary Period :

Your employment will be subject to three ( 3 ) months probationary period with

effect from the date of employment, during which your progress will be assessed.
At any time during such period your employment may be terminated at the
employer’s discretion by giving you one day notice. After satisfactory completion
of the probation period either party can terminate this contract by giving one
month notice or basic salary in lieu thereof.

Should you wish to terminate your employment yourself during the probationary
period you will be responsible for any visa and direct hiring cost.

If the above terms and conditions are acceptable to you, please sign the duplicate
of this letter as an acknowledgement/acceptance of this offer.
