How did you get into social media?

"I've been using social media for over a decade now but decided to
get into it professionally a month ago before my graduation, btw im a
fresher and I took my degree in an aeronautics school as an aircraft
technician engineering. I wanted to begin a career in social media
because I started seeing all the innovative and creative things that
pages were doing to capture their audience's attention. As a creative
person myself, I knew that this was the kind of career in which I could
combine my artistic abilities with my strategic thinking."

What does engagement mean to you?

Engagement means that a page is connecting with its audience by

listening and responding to them. One recent trend I have noticed by
watching the ads in you Instagram as a sample is that pages are
creating more human connections with their followers. I would do this
for your page by responding to users' comments or by creating more
interactive content. People love when pages do things like attractive
videos to gather more consumers. With this strategy, I think we could
reach more people and make more meaningful connections."

Tell me about a time you had to handle a social media crisis.

"One time an upset customer reported our account to Facebook. They

also got their followers to report us, so Facebook temporarily shut
down our business page. I responded to this situation by reaching out
to Facebook to explain the situation. I documented every interaction
we had with this customer to prove to Facebook that we were in the
right. After 24 hours, Facebook reactivated our page. Moving forward,
I will work to diffuse conflicts with customers so this kind of thing
won't happen again."

How do you successfully manage multiple social media accounts at

once?

  I’ve been managing my own social media accounts since then. A best
practice to entertain my followers or basically my audience is to
create different content for them to keep interested. My strategy is to
plan posts for each platform a week in advance.

description that is posted by one of my friends in one of my social
media accounts, I hurriedly ask question to him about this job, and I
hear that you’re a cool content creator that produce awesome clips
that advertise listed properties. Honestly, I already browsed your
contents in Instagram and I was very confident because I know that I
have the skills and qualifications to be excel in this position, I am a
freelance photographer which eventually stopped temporarily
because I sold my gears and equipment due to a financial problem
but then, i can say that I am confident with my editing skills.
