TIME SIGNATURE:

Time signature is also known as meter signature

or a measure signature is a notional convention
used to specify how many beats are to be contained
in each bar and which note value is to be given
to each beat.

There are 2 types of time singnatures

SIMPLE TIME SIGNATURE

4/4,2/4,5/4 ,3/4
4/4 is called C time or common time also.
3/4 is called walts time
2/4 is called dupple time or march time

COMPOUND TIME SIGNATURE
