If applicable, please specify reason for failure:  Brittni achieved a great 3D esophagus plan. She even
rotated the collimator on the lateral fields to decrease MLC leakage into the lungs. At initial plan
review, the physician requested additional weighting in the ant/post direction to decrease liver dose
which isn’t typical since it also increases heart dose. Brittni communicated very well with the doctor
and achieved the desired plan.
