Verilube fluid sampling - online.

Verilube (Fluid analyze system of Bureau Veritas) has developed together with Boskalis
“sampling control center” their sample register program to make it easier for the end user to
register their samples for analyzing and transport.
Therefore, we like to introduce you the new why to register your samples via Verilube.

Once you have taken the


samples you need to make
them ready for transport to
laboratory.
Therefore, you need to
register your samples, this
you can do online on the
LOAMS website.
LOAMS

Log in with your credentials
you got from LOAMS.
See here left the login page.

Once you have logged in, the following
screen will appear. ( Right picture)
Then click on the tab, “vessels” and select
“Browse Tree” and drill down till you find
your vessel in the folder “Boskalis” see
picture here below).

Once you select the vessel by clicking
on the triangle before the ship name
see here right, the list of main systems
will appear. See picture here below.

Select the equipment where you


took a sample from, see picture here
above.

The sample points of your vessel / unit you


can find on the sample point chart we sent
to you. ( see here right ) If you need changes
in your sample point list, please sent a mail
to Sampling.controlcenter@boskalis.com,
then we will update LOAMS and sample 3
point list.
When you made the selections then you can continue
with registering the samples by opening the tab “ New
Samples”

The following screen will appear. You
need to fill in the yellow marked
fields. Have the equipment been
analyzed before the data is pre-
filled. Also fill in the Tracking
number. This is the QR code number
which you can find on the QR code
form which are delivered together
with the sample kit. Then you need
to use the bottle label which you can
peal of the QR form. If you don’t
have QR forms, you can print bottle
labels via this LOAMS site and
continue with next page. Use the
comment section to fill in which fuel
is used for example and all other
necessary information for the
Laboratory.

After you filled in the details of all the samples you can click on “ Submit Samples”, see here below.
The samples are now registered in Verilube system.

When you filled in the tracking number of the QR form then go to page 11, if you did not fill in the tracking number
please continue with next page.

This Pop Up will appear when the tracking number is not filled in. The tracking number is the QR code number
on the QR code forms which are delivered together with the sample kit. You can press on “OK” to continue and
than print the labels with QR code on sticky paper for example with your Dymo label printer.

After you pressed on “ OK “ as mentioned in the last sheet, the tracking codes ( QR code
numbers) are filled in automatically and you can print now the labels by clicking on
“Print Labels”

After you clicked on “ Print Label” a pop up will appear
where you can open the file with the Labels.

After you register the samples, you can place the sample bottles
in the transport boxes which are available in the sample kit. And
arrange the transport on the site of sample logistics from
Verilube www.sampleship.com . Once you open the site by
clicking on “start” ( see picture here below), you need to fill in
the Parcel Number which is mentioned on the transport boxes
(see here right). Also, you need to fill in the IMO number of
your vessel if you don’t have an IMO number fill in 7 times zero
“0000000”.

transport boxes for 5 bottles and 2
transport boxes for 2 bottles and 10 QR
code forms and instructions for how to
arrange the transport see picture here

Once you have filled in the Parcel Numbers you click on next to fill in the pickup address details and contact
person details. The contact person can be the super intendent, project manager or agent etc.

At the end you can print the necessary Airway bills and MSDS sheets etc. and attach this to the transport box.
When this is done , sample logistics of Verilube will organize then the transport of the sample kit boxes. The
contact person you filled in will get a mail or telephone call of the courier to confirm where and when they can
pick up the transport boxes. So, it is necessary to get the transport boxes asap a shore, so that no extra delay will
occur. The analyze results will be sent to you by mail. If you have questions or suggestions, please let us know by
