belief if people knew me, people knew the
man. There would be, I hope, no doubt
there's nothing nefarious. There's no
abuse of power. I'm a person that walks
around all day worrying about "Am I
abusing power by saying this, by saying
that?" That is my life. I walk around at
night. I cry for hours. We're on the ground.
We are being kicked. There is, there are

question is, how would noble people

to this trial. I believe we have information
the government doesn't have. And so,

actual trial takes place. This is probably
the most unique case I've had in 28 years.

had some fascinating cases. We worked
on the Martin Shkreli trial.

good record with my trials, and that's
because I go to trial when it's time to go to
trial. If your client's guilty and the
government can prove it, cut a deal and

This is what traditional organized crime

York has a storied history of bringing

and we also have this long history of

six years to finally win a guilty verdict
against John Gotti.

of a lot of institutional knowledge in terms
of how to prosecute a criminal enterprise.
As we made the decisions of which crimes
to charge and who was responsible as a
member of the enterprise, it very quickly
became clear who the major players were.
These are all women who did have the
opportunity to see behind the curtain

without Alison and also without Keith.

It's important to be part of a community of

right before Keith left for Mexico, which he
was fully intending to come back from.
That's one of the lies that the government
told in order to justify that he was a flight
risk. Oh, this is Keith's jacket, I think. He
always walked around in like this big puffy
coat. I was in a physical relationship with
Keith for many years. You know, I kept it
secret. A lot of people in the community
didn't know who Keith's partners were, if
he even had any. But I felt very clear on
what I was signing up for. I wish there was

proclaimed smartest man in the world. But
we all have our own tastes. I've done trials
before. I did Chapo. Bill Cosby's first trial.
Bill Cosby’s second trial. And it sounds so

you have people who were severely
victimized. But I enjoy the lurid aspect of
like some of these things- "I saw my story"

about consent, the idea is informed
consent. Within DOS, the women, once

that stuff back. So, you have to do
whatever is being asked of you. It's very
clear that none of the women were told
what they were signing up for.

because of the allegations, in my opinion.
It's a fascinating case because it's a case
that's criminalizing choices that adults are
making to be happy. And I think once the
federal government gets in that space,

call for more discipline, character and
commitment. Allison wasn't there to affirm
things in me like, "Oh, you're so nice,
you're so pretty". She would give me
feedback to help me see my blind spots.
I'm like, at the edge of my greatest fear.
And she's just like "Keep going". And I'm
like, You're so mean. And like, you're an
asshole. It's like. I gave her permission to
push me because I told her I wanted to be
the best. It changed my life. There are
many people who have... "Why didn't you

just walk away?" I did walk away. After

everything fell apart, I ended up working
for this incredible restaurant company. No
one knew where I came from and I felt like
I had a second chance. But then Frank
Parlato puts out an article on the Frank
Report and says that I brought Nicki to my
job under the guise of a restaurant tour.
But really, why I had her there was to
recruit women into a sex cult. And then I
got a phone call saying that I was
terminated effective immediately. That's
when it got real for me. How can I run?

where I am. My involvement with DOS is
not what has brought hardship to my life.

idea of something.

some "Oh that's just some girls doing

she questioned things as much as some
of us did. For her, he was a mentor and a
god in some ways.
