Stage 3 end-of-year test: mark scheme


These tests and mark schemes have been written by the authors. These may not fully
reflect the approach of Cambridge Assessment International Education.
This end-of-year test covers Stage 3. It is not possible to cover the whole stage
in one short test, so the majority of the questions focus on Units 9 to 17.
Use this test to confirm that the misconceptions diagnosed in the unit tests have
been overcome. If learners find a question difficult, refer to the unit test and what
action was taken. Revisit the concept in a different way, using practical resources
to help learners understand the concept. Much of Stage 4 builds on Stage 3, so
learners need to be secure with the majority of the contents of this test.
