A. Distribution of Stoles and Food Coupons

All the registered graduands attending the 41st convocation 2022, scheduled to be held
on 13th and 14th August 2022, are hereby informed that the Stoles and Food coupons
distribution will be made as per the following details:

Please note that the convocation registration slip along with a valid ID card will be
required to get the stoles and food coupons.
In exceptional cases, the registered graduands coming late in the night may authorize
their classmates/juniors/other students to collect the stoles on their behalf by
producing the authorization letter/mail along with their registration slip. In such cases,
a copy of the ID card of both the authorized as well as authorizing students, will also
be required.
