The officers of the Philippine Institute of Civil Engineers Tarlac State University-Student Chapter (PICE
TSU-SC) for the Academic Year 2022–2023 are aiming to show our officers to the public. In that regard, the
student organization is going to conduct a photoshoot to represent the officers. By making our display picture
blast, the organization would become more well-known in the community and be able to better serve the
students.

With this in mind, the officers kindly request your good office's approval to carry out the aforementioned
activity. The conduct of the said activity will be held on the 26th day of September 2022 (Monday) from 9
o’clock in the morning onwards at TSU.
