I. OBJECTIVES
At the end of the session, the students will be able to:
1. Identify ways to validate customer related concerns.
2. Differentiate each way in validating customer related concerns.
3. Create a survey questionnaire for customer related concerns.

B. Lesson Procedure
1. Activity – Group Activity
a. The teacher group the class into three (3).
b. Each group will discuss thoroughly among themselves about the assignment on how
to validate customer-related concerns through:
Group 1 – Interview
Group 2 - Focused group discussion (FGD)
Group 3 – Survey
c. Each group will make a single output and will write that in a Manila paper.
d. Each group will choose a representative to report their output.
e. Each group will be given 20 minutes to finish the task.

2. Analysis and Discussion

b. What are the ways to validate customer-related concerns?
c. How will you differentiate each?

3. Abstraction
The teacher deepens the lesson by discussing further on the three (3) ways to
validate customer-related concerns. The teacher will show a PowerPoint presentation about
the topic.

4. Application
Each group in the business plan project will create a survey questionnaire about
the product that they will be selling.

IV. EVALUATION
The students will be evaluated next meeting for checking of understanding.

V. ASSIGNMENT
Research on the 7P’s of Marketing Mix. Bring Manila paper for tomorrow’s activity.
