    Within six (6) weeks, four (4) colleagues in your department will make an important project.

    After the
    project, they were given Php100,000.00 as prize. Give the following amount of contribution each of their
    member exerted in making the project. How should the prize be divided to the members?

    - Member A has made 25% of the total project.


    - Member B has made 40% of the total project.
    - Member C has made 25% of the total project.
    - Member D has made 10% of the total project.

    List down the amount of money each member should receive.

    A Php 25,000.00 every member should get the same and
    fair amount of money.
    B Php 25,000.00 every member should get the same and
    fair amount of money.
    C Php 25,000.00 every member should get the same and
    fair amount of money.
    D Php 25,000.00 every member should get the same and
    fair amount of money.

    How and why did you come up with your decision?

    - Based on my own perspective, they are team that's why each member should get
    25% because it doesn't matter how big or small you have contributed. Every member
    has its own responsibility and task, all of the members contribute their help to come
    up with winning project. You're a team that's why every member should get the same
    and fair amount of money. Every people has its own unique skills and talents, we
    cannot just compare it to others, at least they contribute their help in making the
    project.
