Salary Components at HDU

1. Task salary: The salary you get by completing the daily task of the

corresponding level commodity order. Different HDU account levels

require different number of commodity orders for tasks every day, and

the wages that can be obtained are also different. The higher the

employee level, the higher the value of fulfilling virtual goods orders

and the more commissions you receive. You can refer to the picture

below

2. Recruitment rewards: Your team members are upgraded to become

regular employees of HDU, and you can get corresponding rewards.

These rewards will be automatically issued to your account balance,

which you can view on the Funding Details page. The amount of
passive bonuses is related to your employee level and the employee

level that your team members are promoted to. You can refer to the

picture below

For example: If you are now a senior employee and your A-level member upgrades to
a senior employee, you can get a $40 recruiting bonus
Your B-level member upgrades to a senior employee and you can get a recruiting
bonus of $32.
Your C-level members upgrade to senior staff and you can get a $24 recruiting bonus.
If you are currently a mid-level employee and your A-level member upgrades to a
mid-level employee, you can get a $10 recruiting bonus
Your B-level member upgrades to a senior employee and you can get an $8 recruiting
bonus
Your C-level members upgrade to senior staff and you can get a $6 recruiting bonus
If you are now a junior employee and your A-level member upgrades to a junior
employee, you can get a $4 recruiting bonus
Your B-level members upgrade to senior staff and you can get a $2 recruiting bonus
Your C-level members upgrade to senior staff and you can get a $2 recruiting bonus
3. Team commission: Your team members complete the commodity

order task every day, you can get the corresponding team commission,

and the team commission will also be automatically issued to your

account balance. Team commissions are related to the employee rank

of your team members. You can refer to the picture below

After ABC-level team members complete HDU's virtual order tasks every day, your
HDU account will receive passive wages (rewards are shown in the figure below). The
passive rewards you get have nothing to do with your HDU account employee level.
Passive wages:
You can get 3% of your A-level member virtual order task commission
You can get 2% of your B-level member virtual order task commission
You can get 1% of your C-level member virtual order task commission

If you have 10 A-level members who have been promoted to senior employees, then
you can get 40*10=400 US dollars of recruiting incentives, and you can also get
0.96*10=9.6 US dollars of passive salary per day.
If your 10 A-level senior members each have 10 senior members, it is equivalent to
you having 100 B-level senior members. You can get 32*100=3200 dollars of
recruiting reward (B-level members upgrade to senior employees, you can get 32
passive rewards), and you can get 73.6 dollars of passive salary per day
(0.96*10+0.64*100=73.6)

every day, your HDU account will receive team commissions

B-level team members: Members who use your A-level membership

Junior long salary: Fixed salary of $100 per month.

Senior Captain: There are 30 A-level HDU regular staff subordinates in

the team

Senior Captain Salary: Fixed monthly salary of $200

Supervisor: There are 5 A-level senior captains in the team

Supervisor Salary: Fixed monthly salary of $800,

Manager: 5 A-level supervisors on the team

Manager Salary: Fixed monthly salary of $3,000,

Regional Director: The team has 5 A-level managers

Regional Director Salary: Fixed monthly salary of $15,000, monthly

exclusive activity fee of $5,000, and monthly housing allowance of

$5,000

After the promotion, you need to contact the manager to apply for the

promotion!

the 1st of every month!

The specific calculation method of the position salary: the salary will be

calculated according to the promotion date of the position.

Example: ** Promoted to HDU Manager on May 6, 2022. Then on June

1st, this member can get a salary of 2,500USD! (3000/30*25=2500)
