Baton Rouge, Louisiana. Our company offers innovative display solutions to our
clients, upholding creativity and customizability in our products. We provide a wide

Our company is proposing the following sales displays, which fit the needs or
requirements of your new cosmetic and skincare store. 

Counter-top Displays
These are small display units that can be placed on a counter or small surface.
These displays are suitable for lipsticks, facemasks, and other lightweight
cosmetic/skincare essentials.  

In-line Displays
These sales displays are designed to be positioned in store shelves, suitable for
different types of cosmetic and skincare products. 
 
Floor Display Stands 
As the name suggests, these units can be placed anywhere in the store. Floor
display stands can have mirrors, cabinets, and rotatable functions which helps with
brand marketing and customer browsing. 

All of these products are customizable to suit your cosmetic and skincare store
needs. They can be designed using metal, wood, acrylic, or cardboard materials,
depending on your company specifications.

Terms & Conditions

1. The Parties
This proposal (known as “The Proposal”) shall legally bind [Fortney Manufacturing Inc.] (known as “The
Company”) and [Pridemore Skincare Ltd.] (known as “The Client”).

The Company requires a reply from The Client, regarding this proposal, within fourteen (14) days from the date
stated herein. Failure to send a reply will constitute that your organization is not interested and is rejecting this
proposal.

2. Project Details
The Company will meet with The Client to discuss product and design specifications. The Company will provide
The Client with two (2) counter-top tables, two (2) inline displays, and two (2) floor display stands that follow the
agreed-upon design and specifications for $349.21. An invoice will be duly delivered to The Client upon delivery
of sales displays and must be paid within thirty (30) days from the invoice date, via bank transfer or direct
deposit to the company’s account. 

3. Warranty
The Client is entitled to a lifetime warranty for each ordered sales display unit, particularly those manufactured
using metal, wood, and acrylic materials.

4. Cancellation
The Client has the option to cancel the contract five (5) days prior to the scheduled meeting. The Client must
provide a written notice to The Company for the cancellation. The Company will require The Client to pay a
cancellation fee amounting to $80.00.
