United Friends is a company dedicated to the sale of clothing, in each section of this
work we describe each point with the aim that you get to know us better and know who
you are entrusting your taste for clothes to.
The present work seeks to describe and evaluate the effort and dedication that its
creators have had, here you will know us much more.
In United Friends, the creation of the company dedicated to the purchase and sale of
fashion clothing is proposed.
This Idea is born from the need observed in certain shopping centers or business
groups; Focusing on this market need in order to satisfy the needs of Society, for this
we will base ourselves on market knowledge in the world of fashion.

Company Description:
It is a company dedicated to selling clothing to meet the needs of customers, ensuring
that our products are of very good quality, including new trends in fashion, with a staff
trained to provide excellent service and commitment to the business.
Mission.
With it we want to reach more people as well as have better quality garments with
affordable prices to meet the needs of some people who do not have enough money.
Vision.
Make this project bigger and not only that our friends and family know us, but also that
we want to reach more states and, if possible, some other countries.
Objective.
Having a somewhat large company where we can sell all kinds of clothing for women,
men, children (5-10 years) and finally for babies. One of the questions that we are
asked the most is: How is the company constituted? Well, our company is constituted
by the following:
• One of us manages the money that we generate from the sale of each garment.
• Each member of the team contributes with second-hand clothes in good condition.
• All the members of the team spread out at the time of the sale to have an
organization.
• There is a list with the prices of each garment to have a good administration.
VALUES
Passion. It drives us to bring our clients the latest in designs and colors, to achieve
distinction in each piece they wear.
Quality. We strive to get our clients clothing with the best materials, because it is the
way to achieve in them the distinction they seek.
Dedication. When it comes to serving our customers, we offer the comfort, attention and
advice that allows each customer to take the time necessary for their purchase decision.

The main functions of human resources is that it is in charge of recruiting new members
for the team, managing employees and thus being able to finish layoffs. The staff and all

COMPETITORS
Our company has several competitors in the market since several companies produce similar products,
there are two times of competitors that are:
Direct competition:
They are those companies that have the same or similar products or services, the rivalry between this
type of competition is more notorious since, due to the equality of their products, consumers tend to
compare them.
Indirect competition:
They are those companies that produce a variety of products with the same utility for all, that is,
substitute products are developed, it will be up to the consumer to decide which one to use to meet their
needs.
MARKET
Our company has several sales locations, we have several distribution areas and we have a physical and digital market.
The variety of garments we create is very wide, with different prices and good quality.
LEGAL REQUIREMENTS
CONSTITUTIVE ACT
In Toluca, State of Mexico on the 20th day of the month of February 2022.
Being 1:00 p.m., I, Mr. Raúl Esquivel, notary public, attest to the commercial company
contract, executed by the citizens Vanesa Reyes, Michel Montes, Daniela Reyes, all of
legal age, legally capable, of Mexican nationality and residing in Toluca, I hereby state
that they accept the agreements mentioned below.
First: Of their own volition and freely, the attendees happen to form a commercial
company of anonymous figure, which from this moment on the company will be called
"UNITED FRIENDS".
Second: The purpose of the company is the sale and distribution of clothing.
Third: The duration of this company will be 1 year from the date and signing of the deed.
Fourth: The legal domicile of the company will be located in Santa María del Monte "el
llano", UTZIN.
Fifth: In case of dissolution, regardless of the conditions and in accordance with current
regulations, the company will liquidate the profits obtained in equal parts between the
partners.
MACROECONOMIC SITUATION
The textile industry is the sector of the manufacturing industry dedicated to the
production of fibers (natural and synthetic), fabrics, yarns and other products related to
clothing and apparel. It usually covers the manufacture of clothing, garments and even
shoes, and its work is carried out in textile factories or maquilas.
The record international price increase in dollars and seasonality due to the launch of
