ONLY (Php.5,000,000.00) Philippine Currency in which receipt is hereby acknowledge by the

VENDORS to his/her entire satisfaction, the VENDORS hereby SELL, CEDE, CONVEY, and
TRANSFER in the manner of absolute sale unto the VENDEE, his/her heirs, successors and
assigns any and all of the parcel of land together with improvements thereon.

That the VENDORS hereby warrants that the above-described parcel of land with
improvement with parking thereon is free from all liens and encumbrances whatsoever nature of
kind.
