on the SE., points 3 to 4 by Lot 5, Block 3; on the SW.,
points 4 to 1 by Lot 4, Block No. 3; and on the NW., points
1-2 by Lot No. 1, Block No. 3; Assessed at P32,400.00
under Tax Declaration No. E-011-05664, this land is
covered by Transfer Certificate of Title No. S-05664.”

area of 71.5 sq. meters. Constructed on the land described
in paragraph “F” it is assessed at P30, 000.00 under Tax Dec. No. E-011-05664;

III.

That should the Lord Almighty finally summon this soul from its earthly abode, it
is my wish and desire to bequeath, grant, devise and distribute my properties
mentioned in paragraph II as follows:

A. That I reserve unto myself PARCEL “A” – Binacol:


PARCEL “B” – Taloy and PARCEL “C” – Malinis for my support
and maintenance during my lifetime;

B. To my children NUMERICO and PANFILO JR., (1/2) Portion


which adjoins the River. . . of PARCEL “D Lower” - Doyao as
their common and undivided property;

C. To my son PANFILO JR., I hereby bequeath that PARCEL


“D Upper” – Doyao as his undivided property;

D. To my daughters REMEDIOS and HONORINA and to my son


JULIUS CESAR, I hereby bequeath that PARCEL “E-1” – Boquig
in equal shares of 2,809 square meters each and in the following
manner;

(1) northern portion of the Riceland unto REMEDIOS;


(2) middle portion of the Riceland unto HONORINA;
(3) southern postion of the Riceland unto JULIUS CAESAR;

E. To all my children REMEDIOS, AVELITA, SAMSON,


HONORINA, NUMERICO, PANFILO, JR. and JULIUS
CAESAR, I hereby bequeath unto them PARCEL “E-3” –
residential land and PARCEL “E-3” – the house as their common
and undivided property;

F. To my son, PANFILO JR., I hereby bequeath unto her that one


two-third (2/3) south-eastern portion of PARCEL “F” residential
Lot in Parañaque;

G. To my other children, namely: REMEDIOS, SAMSON,


HONORINA, NUMERICO, AVELITA and JULIUS CAESAR I
hereby adjudicate and grant one-third 1/3 north-western portion of
PARCEL “F” – the residential Lot in Parañaque City as their
common and undivided property;

H. To all my children namely AVELITA, REMEDIOS, SAMSON,


HONORINA, NUMERICO, PANFILO JR., and JULIUS
CAESAR, I hereby adjudicate PARCEL.
