I, ARVIN MANALO CABUTIHAN, of legal age, Filipino Citizen, and with residence and postal
address at 583 Simon St., Annex 41, Brgy. Sun Valley, Parañaque City, do hereby NAME, APPOINT,
and CONSTITUTE, drivers at PIC PHILIPPINES INC. namely, SAMUEL TORZAR, BRENDO PATACTE
and ANTONIO FRANCISCO with office address at Unit 102 21st St., Jollibee Plaza, Ortigas Center,
Pasig City, to do and perform the following acts to wit:

1. To use my three (3) units of truck with Plate Numbers AMA 1274, CAL 4533 and
NEG 3180

2. PIC Philippines Inc. will use the above-mentioned trucks to transport live hogs.

HEREBY GIVING AND GRANTING, unto said Attorney-In-Fact full power and authority to do and
perform every act and thing whatever requisite and necessary to be done in and about the premises, as
fully to all intents and purposes as I might or could lawfully do if personally present, and hereby ratifying
and confirming all legal acts that said Attorney-in-Fact shall lawfully do or cause to be done by virtue
hereof and within the authority herein granted.
