JOINT AFFIDAVIT OF COHABITATION

We, JINGJING S. PALER, of legal age, single, Filipino Citizen, and with postal address at Sikat St., Brgy.
Don Bosco, Parañaque City and ANGELIKA P. ANGELES, of legal age, single, Filipino Citizen, and with postal
address at Sinag Araw St., Malacañang Dulo, Brgy. Don Bosco, Parañaque City, after having been sworn in
accordance with the law hereby depose and state:

1. That we personally know, ALVIN O. BARBIN and JACKELYN L. RODELA, being acquaintance for a
long period of time;

2. That we have been witnessing that the aforementioned are living together as husband and wife under
the same roof situated in Annex 46 Malacañang Dulo, Sinag Araw St., Brgy. Don Bosco, Parañaque
City, continuously without any interruption, since 2015 or a period of six (6) years;

3. That during their cohabitation and even until the death of ALVIN O. BARBIN, they remain both single
status, there exists no legal impediment for them to marry each other;

4. That they are blessed with two (2) children, namely;

5. That we are willingly and voluntarily executing this affidavit to attest to the truth of the foregoing
