SPECIAL POWER OF ATTORNEY

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

I, ROLANDO G. DIZON, of legal age, married, Filipino Citizen, and residing at 4080 Gardenia St., Sun Valley Subdivision,
Brgy. Sun Valley, Parañaque City, do hereby NAME, APPOINT, and CONSTITUTE, my daughter, MERLE GAY D. ROSETE, of
legal age, married, Filipino Citizen and with postal address at 4072 Gardenia St., Sun Valley Subdivision, Brgy. Sun Valley,
Parañaque City, to be my true and lawful Attorney-In-Fact for me and in my name, place, and stead, to do and perform the
following acts and things, to wit:

1. To transact, process, arrange and settle any necessary documents in regards with the processing of my CENTENARIAN
BENEFITS from the OFFICE OF THE SENIOR CITIZEN AFFAIRS (OSCA) at Municipality of Parañaque, under my
name, appurtenant thereto with the authority to sign, execute, deliver and receive all documents and to do all acts
necessary to and in connection thereto;

2. To hasten the process, sign, file, submit, claim any necessary documents or monetary needed for the same for and my
behalf such documents that may be necessary to accomplish the powers herein granted of whatever nature or kind with
any and/or third person concern entities;

3. To do such any other act or thing that may be deemed necessary or incidental to carry out effectively any and all of the
purposes for which this authority is hereby given.

HEREBY GIVING AND GRANTING, unto said Attorney-In-Fact full power and authority to do and perform every act and
thing whatever requisite and necessary to be done in and about the premises, as fully to all intents and purposes as I might or
could lawfully do if personally present, and hereby ratifying and confirming all legal acts that said Attorney-in-Fact shall lawfully do
or cause to be done by virtue hereof and within the authority herein granted.
