and APPOINT, LUCENDA V. CACAYURIN, likewise of legal age, Filipino citizen, and with
residence and postal address at Mepar Compound, 11, 3673 Quirino Ave. Brgy. Tambo, Parañaque City,
to be my true and lawful ATTORNEY-IN-FACT, for in my name, place and stead to do and perform the
following acts and things, as follows:

Centenarian Cash Gift at Parañaque City Hall.
