SPECIAL POWER OF ATTORNEY

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

I, IMELDA BULAONG TAMAYO, of legal age, Filipino Citizen, married,

and with residence of 3D 202 Chateau Elysee Condo, Doña Soledad Ave Extn.,
Moonwalk, Parañaque City, do hereby NAME, APPOINT, and CONSTITUTE, my
husband, FIDELIS AGUIRRE TAMAYO, likewise of legal age, Filipino Citizen,
married, and with residence of 3D 202 Chateau Elysee Condo, Doña Soledad
Ave Extn., Moonwalk, Parañaque City, to be our true and lawful Attorney-in-
fact for us and in our names, places, and stead to do and perform the following
acts and things to wit:

1. To apply, process, procure, follow-up and receive any document/s

pertaining to my Tax Identification Number application with the
Bureau of Internal Revenues (BIR);

2. To make, sign, and execute, other writings of whatever nature or

kind, with any and all third persons, entities or concerns, as well as
RECEIVE, ACCEPT and COLLECT, the above-cited application, upon
terms and conditions acceptable to my attorney-in-fact

HEREBY GIVING AND GRANTING, unto said Attorney-in-fact full power

and authority to od perform and every act and thing whatever requisite and
necessary to be done in and about the premises, as full to all intents and
purposes as I might or cold lawfully do if personally present, and hereby
ratifying and confirming all legal acts that said Attorney-in-fact shall lawfully
do or cause to be done by virtue hereof and within the authority herein
granted.
