residence and postal address at P-Manga, San Isidro, Tungawan, Zamboanga
Sibugay, do hereby NAME, APPOINT, and CONSTITUTE, my wife, ANECITA
C. HINAY, of legal age, Filipino Citizen, married and with residence and postal
address at P-Manga, San Isidro, Tungawan, Zamboanga Sibugay, to be my true
and lawful Attorney-In-Fact for me and in my name, place, and stead, to do and
perform the following acts and things, to wit:

1. To represent, receive/claim cheque from Philippine Coconut

Authority (PCA);

2. To make, sign and execute, for and in my behalf, any documents

which may be necessary for the release of the cheque;

3. To receive and encash the cheque in Landbank of the Philippines;

HEREBY GIVING AND GRANTING, unto said Attorney-In-Fact full

power and authority to do and perform every act and thing whatever requisite and
necessary to be done in and about the premises, as fully to all intents and purposes
as I might or could lawfully do if personally present, and hereby ratifying and
confirming all legal acts that said Attorney-in-Fact shall lawfully do or cause to be
done by virtue hereof and within the authority herein granted.
