TOPIC: Living in a house and living in an apartment

There is the truth It is undeniable that people have different/ various opinions
while choosing living place/ their accommodation/ residental area. Some people
like living/ would prefer to stay in apartments; nonetheless, others want/ would
like to live/ reside in private houses. This essay will elaborate on some major
differences between living in these two places/ areas including expenses,
privacy, services.

In the first place, living in a flat people have to pay for their daily expenses (
cover their living expenses ) less than people who own/ possess a house. The
most obvious reason is that to become an owner of a private house, they have to
spend more money compare to owning an apartment. According to a survey
conducted by Commercial Journal, the average price of a flat is about 1 billion
Vietnam dong; however, a private house may cost up to several billion Vietnam
dong now.

The second discrepancy is the different privacy when living people live in these
places. Obviously, houses can bring people more private spaces than flats. If
people live in a house, they will own private places such as a living room,
bedrooms, working rooms even a garden surrounding their house. Conversely,
cramped spaces of flats may limit their privacy because they have a few rooms
and do not have any their own gardens.

Last but not least, two living places differ in services which are more
convenient in apartments compared to those in houses. It is undeniable that
there are more services in apartments such as supermarkets with diversified
goods on the first floor of the buildings, therefore apartment citizens feel
comfortable due to/ thanks to saving a significant amount of time for shopping/
purchasing their favourite items.

In conclusion/ All things considered, it is evident that there are some obvious/
noticeable distinctions between living in flats and living in houses. From my
own perspective, each person should take carefully consideration before opting
for their living places/ accommodation.
