COMPANY OVERVIEW

The Philippine Medical supplies and equipment market remains lucrative for suppliers. Highly
dependent on imports, the market continues to expand at a steady pace. Medical Equipment is
almost 100% imported, as are approximately 50% of medical disposables. Local production is
limited to prototype units, spare parts (including improvised parts) and disposables such as
surgical gloves, syringe and needles.

High demand of medical equipment and supplies in the Philippines was one of the reasons why
Pharmagem Inc. was formed.

Before its inception as a Corporation, it started humbly as a sole proprietorship, business duly
registered using the name of Pharmagem Marketing. Succesful years had passed and our team
developed, expanded and grasped greater opportunities nationwide. Pharmagem now holds 3
offices all over the country, our main office is located in Sucat, Parañaque while the 2 other
branches are strategically located in Cotabato City and Iloilo City.

As a corporation, Pharmagem Inc. is focused on marketing healthcare products to LGU's and

private sectors here in the country. Currently, Pharmagem Inc. stands out from its competitors

Pharmagem Inc. values after-sales service. We provide clients with warranty on parts and service.
We also have an in-house technical team available for after-sales service, as well as for other
preventive maintenance.

Furthermore, we take pride in our competitive prices. This advantage has also allowed us victory
in government biddings, given that Government hospitals are mandated to purchase items that
have the lowest price among bidders.

Pharmagem Inc. has been getting it sales from both Private and Government accounts. Our
corporation gets its 40% sales from private institutions while we get our 60% sales from our
Government accounts.

account executives to increase and broaden our network and clients.

We plan to promote and expand our brand through social media to attract more clients even
