GLOBALIZATION DOES NOT NEED

MEDIA FOR GLOBAL INTEGRATION

Globalization has always been adaptive, it
has continuously affected several entities and
cultures that it is easy to say that it is quite
advanced. Now, the question is, does globalization
need media for integration, yes or no? I believe that
globalization does not need media to integrate but
it would help if globalization uses media. I shall
explain why.
Globalization has continually integrated
itself into many countries to the point that it is seen
as peculiar to not have imported “goods”. The
Philippines can be an example of this, ever since its
older days as an unnamed country governed by
Malays or other ethnicities, it hasfound ways to
trade with the Chinese, which is one form of
globalization. Now in the modern ages of the
Philippines, it continues to import and export goods
from several other countries all over the world.
Now, why does this have anything to do with the
topic at hand? I just want to say that globalization
can integrate itself without even using media.
Media can make integration easier for globalization
but it is not a requirement itself.
