RESULTS AND DISCUSSIONS

A.

The people involved in the job interview is the applicant named Mary Pen who

pursuing her job on teaching English Subject to the principal named Principal Zybell

Ward who feel amazed into her background of her work.

B.

There is a teacher applying a job on teaching English to a specific school that

manage by a principal whom she applies and present her background and both of them

conversing a lot of topic where it emphasizes how Mary Pen the applicant give and state

her background and skills in teaching where it really has a big contribution to the school

as well as to the students since she imbibes a lot of strategy in teaching the English

subject. On the other hand, they are having their interview session towards to Ms. Mary

Pen who applying as an English Teacher in the school of Principal Zybell Pen.

C.

The two person involved in the job interview uses an English language for their

means of communication in order for the two have a formal conversation or flow of their

interview session in applying as English teacher in a certain school in which English

language is the universal language that we used to in formal situation or conversation

towards the people that part of our job that we are going to apply.

English is acknowledged passport to better education and employment

opportunities. English language plays a crucial role to weave the world into a single

thread. English has a status of a second language in almost all the countries where it is

not the first language. To acquire simple language for day to day communication is main

aim of learning any language (Ahmad, 2016).

The need for learning a language arises from the point of view of its adaptability,

productivity, utility, universality and teach ability. Communication is a sharing of

feelings, ideas and opinions with others. This can be intellectual, personnel spoken or

written in nature. We live in groups and man is invariably a social animal. As the social

needs insist, we share our thoughts with others. The two-way processes of

communication motivate, inform, suggests, warns, orders, changing behavior and

stability better relationships to make interaction meaningful and make oneself

understood (Asraf, 2006).

English is not only the link language within India but abroad also. People of one

country able to share and appreciate the ideas of the people of another country only

through English. People all over the world could appreciate (Lesikar, 2009).

A positive attitude to English as a national language is essential for the

integration of people into Indian society. There would appear to be virtually no

disagreement in the commonly about the importance of English language. By using

English one can become a citizen of the world almost naturally. English plays a dominant

role in the media (Raman, 2004).

The importance of the ability to speak or write English has recently increased

significantly because English has become the de facto standard. Learning the English

language has become popular for business, commerce and cultural reasons and
especially for internet communications throughout the world. English is a language that

has become standard not because it is widely used by many information and technology

industries and recognized as being standard (Ahmad 2016).

D.

Based on the situation presented wherein Mary Pen apply as an English Teacher

in the school of Principal Zybell Ward in which the principal feel amazed to the

background of the teacher applying to her and she thinks of the background of the

applicant are really give an impactful progress of the performance of the students most

particularly to the English Subject that’s why their conversation or their interview

session was successfully ended because Mary Pen was automatically hired because of her

background.

E.

Based on the situation the person has the power in conversation is the Principal

where she has the right to listen up and hiring the applicant named Mary Pen. She has

the power to accept and hire someone else since she has the capability and rights to

examine and test the skills as well as to critic the background of the applicant in which

she has a lot of background and skill that being presented from her papers or the

application form of being an English teacher.

F.

In the situation of the conversation of the two which are the applicant and also

the principal by which the teacher or the applicant wanted to apply in the school of the

principal wherein this applicant wanted to extend her teaching skill in English towards

the student of that certain school. On the other hand, the principal wanted to listen up

the answers of the applicant or the teacher about her backgrounds in teaching English
and also the principal wanted to critic some evident if that teacher is truly skillful and

productive if she hired this teacher in the school. On the other hand, the strategies that

the applicants use is her papers or the application that she presented and explained to

the principal in which the principal amazed and hired her as part of the school and as an

English language teacher to the students.

G.

In the job interview session the person who wins in their conversation is the one

who apply which is the teacher since she hired because the principal has a good result on

criticizing her background and skills and the principal quite amazed in her application in

which it leads her to hired and will become part in the school and work as an English

language teacher towards the student in that particular school that manage by Principal

Zybell Ward.
