Introduction:
'Who' we called a Leader?
A person who influences a group of people towards the achievement
of a goal.

“A leader is one who knows the way, goes the way, and shows the
way ”.

For example - A class representative in a class who leads whole class


and wants to make their class reach high success in entire college.

What Is Leadership?
“Leadership is the process by which an executive or a manager
directs, guides and influences the work of others in choosing goals
between the person and organization in such a manner that all will
obtain the maximum amount of satisfaction”.

✧ Leadership is termed as the relationship in which one person


influences others to work together to reach a desired level of
achievement and success. If there is no follower, there is no
leader.

✧ The Leadership it is a quality that one can not inherit but it can be
developed with time by putting some efforts like hard work etc, it
is called leadership.

Adani :
Gautam Adani is the founder of the Adani Group . He was born on
June 24 in 1962. He was born in a Jain Bania family to Shantilal and
Shanti Adani in Ahmedabad, Gujarat.
He is an Indian billionaire industrialist and he founded the Adani
Group in the year 1988. Gautam Adani has become a global leader in
infrastructure business

He was born in a business family but he did not follow his family’s
business.

He started roaming and investing into diamond brokering and he


became successful and then became a millionaire within a short
period.

He is now known as the India’s foremost business tycoons.

He is now ranked as the seventh richest person in the whole world.

Leadership Qualities and Styles of Gautam Adani

Gautam Adani carries different leadership qualities and skills, some


of which are given here.

Determination:
He left his school and shifted to Mumbai to start his own
business.Also he is very Ambitious person he owns a company which
is very famous in the business industry with successful
determination.

Global Leader:
A global leaders act as bridge builders, connectors of resources and
talent across cultural and political boundaries. Adani owns a Thermal
Power Plant it produce 4700MW also Udupi Thermal Power Plant
worth is 6000 Cr. Rs. He was deal or take only 100 hours. This is how
Gautam Adani works for his business development.

Works with Mantra:


Once he said an interview in front of press meeting, He said that he
work with Mantra that run his own way and to get success. And his
entire life he focused and to get obsessed with result.

He is very focused towards his work and on trying to get results

Yes we can surely said that he has a great ability to win over people
that's why he is ruling in the world Gautam Adani did not fire that
employee and instead, he motivated him to do better and to stay in
the company.

Good Observer:
Gautam Adani is a good observer and he know how to do
investments in business with accurate knowledge of demand and
supply will bring a huge return. example, Adani built his own airstrip
and now he will make it an international passage or cargo terminal
for high demand products like diamonds, pharmaceuticals, and
precision engineering products.

Conveyancing skills:
Strong persuasion skills can help you better perform your job. If you
work in a sales role, you may be called upon to persuade clients to
purchase a certain product or service. As like this Gautam Adani is
showing that skill in his career to achieve great success in early stage
of life…

Negotiation skills are very important in every field that's why Gautam
Adani possesses the skill of negotiating with others. Mr. Adani has
got the Udupi Thermal Power Plant for 6,000 crore rupees only. The
whole negotiation process lasted for many hours. This deal was
happened comfortably only because of his brilliant negotiation skill.

Gautam Adani is the type of Leader Who involves in Democratic
Leadership Approach it is because he is more involve in democratic
activities like thinking about societies welfare and Nation economy
development

He is a Democratic leader because he always take a joint decision in


which not only his but also a profit of society, people will be included

example - Mr Adani aims to make India one of the most significant


players in sustainable energy by investing in the renewable
ecosystem spanning solar manufacturing, generation, and solar park
businesses. He dreams of making India self-reliant in defence and
security.

Characteristic of Leadership:
Gautam Adani have many skills and qualities but in my side he is
Transformational Leader because he is Visionary and the main thing
or example is that,

Once Gautam Adani school days he was visited in Kandla Port, in


Gujarat that day Gautam Adani decided he would also make
something like that or a bigger one in his life, Now Mundra Port is
India’s largest port Gautam Adani chase his dreams also it comes
true in bigger dimensions….
