Adequate Resources:

Adequate resources are those resources that it will vary from organization to organization.
However, some factors that could be considered when determining what constitutes
adequate resources in organizational behaviour would include things like the size and
complexity of the organization, the nature of the work being done, and the availability of
resources.

Observation-

In Team Effectiveness We learnt that last class was outdoor activity that activity we
completed the task that task sir provide limited newspaper but we manage and complete the
task, So in this picture you can see that the man have a small shop and he don’t have outlet
or a best place but he manage and make a shade with the help of plastics sheet and the
snacks he hang with the help of wooden stick. This is the best example for the Adequate
Resources he manage and use all the resources very effective way.

Perception-
Perception is the process of interpreting the sensory information that we receive from the
world around us. In organizational behavior, perception refers to the way that individuals
interpret the behavior of others and the organization as a whole. Perception can be
influenced by a variety of factors, including an individual's past experiences, their current
emotional state, and the context in which they are observing the behaviour.

Observation-
As you can see this picture I observe that many peoples are stand and purchase vegetables
and fruits but one person came into the car and purchase vegetable then after he start
bargain and the seller said this is not too much but that person again and again said this is
too high less your amount the Perception is that if there is a mall or a grocery store then he
paid easily and no asking any question and don’t do bargain but he think that a simple
vegetable seller charge too much that’s the perception, I observe that.

Team Effectiveness:
Team effectiveness is the ability of a group of people to work together to achieve common
goals. It is often seen as a measure of how well a team functions and how well it performs.
There are a number of factors that can affect team effectiveness, including team size, team
structure, team roles, and team dynamics.

Observation-

As you can see this picture the cleanness of this place near Jaipuria gate to Temple area, It
provides a beautiful example of a Teamwork, The road and the Government along with the
Pedestrians have worked together to keep it “Clean and Healthy”.
