JD : IMPLEMENTATION MATERIAL COORDINATOR

STRATEGIC ROLE

1. To manage Radio product Equipment and 3PP Material required for implementation for any project assigned by
Key Account Management (KAM) or Project Management Office.

2. To fulfil obligations of various Radio product contracts between KAM and external customers in project
implementation service agreement.

3. Coordinate and Plan effectively for both implementation schedules requirements so as to ensure smooth flow
Radio project implementation.

4. To give full support and providing responsive service to attain high level of customer satisfaction.

5. Mapping of contractual Purchase Order Line items against actual.

6. Tracking of changes of material movement and plan accodring to business proceess.

7. Assist Customer Project Manager in executing material management control.

8. Accountable for quality and accuracy of own output.

9. Single Point of Contact for Alll EAB and 3PP material information and movement within the project.

10. Secure the RAN implementation and warehouing tasks within the unit.

11. Secure all local ordering for project requirements for the duration of the project

12. Monitor and check all the activity with the work process.

13. Provide guidance and suppot to all project stakeholders with regard to specific materials matter.

14. Ensure the proper handing and storage of the related materials in warehouse.

15. Ensure claim and change request in place in regards to equipment and material, supporting Project Managers.

RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES

1. To identify the gaps in equipment and/or material shortages and/or damages and assist for remedty actions.

2. Has the responsibility and ownership of all outbound delivery request by Project based on the Implementation
schedule.

3. Monitor and control equipment and material movement within the project as per project requirements.

4. Communicate between Ericsson internal and Customer in regards to the delivery of equipment planning.

5. Responsible for equipment and material demand and shortage during rollout.

6. Responsible for project 3PP material demand and accurate forecasting in order to ensure project have
sufficient 3PP material.

7. Create a demand forecast and control of Project Commissioning Spares.

8. To arrange necessary tools, communication and administration for warehouse coodinotors in Region

9. To write and assist with monthly reporting on equipment and material deployment in Projects

10. Arrange for ASP equipment and material collection.

11. Support the PSC in identifying the gaps for EAB equipment.

12. Identify and document changes of the contractual scope.

 13. Escalate process issues and project decisitons if Cutomer PM decision is required.

14. Responsible for the day to dat management of the material provision by all parties during project
implementation.

15. Attending customer meetings to represent the project on materials and delivery matters and manage
profesionally feedback from and to the customer.

16. Gather and provides relavent information to support problem solving and decision making related to equipment,
material and delviery scope.

QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE

1. Degree/Diploma in Electrical/Electronics Engineering or telecommunication related field.

2. Minimum 3 years experience with high competence in implementation of Radio products.

3. Good communication and influential skills.

4. Good knowledge in mobile telephony system and have attended related courses.

5. Good computer knowledge particularly in MS Office.
