SITE MANAGER

1. Construct, review and execute construction plans and create a


competitive and conducive schedule for each package/project.

2. Have full understanding of the detailed design and specification and


maintain full knowledge of these during the construction process and
ensure that the information is shared site manager, sub-con and
workers.

3. Monitor the daily productivity on site including the sub-contractor


performance, resource levels and quality of works in progress
Oversee and manage site sub-ordinates and general workers as
assigned.

4. Ensure that all the needed materials, workers, and equipment are
ready to work.

5. Pay close attention that all job sites are in compliance with safety
rules and regulations.

6. Coordinate with sub-contractors and construction workers to ensure


that the construction tasks are completed on time and in the necessary
order.

7. Track and manage all reports needed for the completion of each job
scope/package.

8. Monitor progress against agreed programmes and advise Site Project


Manager of any potential programme delays or concerns.

9. Ensure that correct and safe construction practices are being used
during construction.
