A Project Manager is the project officer who has the overall responsibility for the successful
initiation, planning, design, execution, monitoring, controlling and closure of the project.
A Project in Charge shall be assigned to carry out the operational plans as provided for by the project
manager, in accordance with the project manager’s responsibilities. PIC shall be report to the project
site daily to monitor the quality of the works, coinciding with the agreed upon schedule and method
of installation.
Monitor site works and accomplishments, routes the works request to different department for
signature, conduct progress works inspection and testing at the project sites to comply with the
approved plan.
Orient workers with safety precautions and ensures that the workers equipped with complete PPE
and safe environment.
5.) Supervisor
Responsible for Supervising the installation and erection of windows and doors to comply with the
approved plan and sequence of works.
