Search and answer the following :

1. Search for at least 3 software vendors and identify their service offerings.

Amazon Web Services

AWS is Amazon’s cloud web hosting platform which offers fast, flexible, reliable and cost-
effective solutions. It is one of the top cloud service providers which offers a service in the form
of building block which can be used to create and deploy any kind of application in the cloud. It
is the most popular as it was the first to enter the cloud computing space.

Microsoft Azure

Azure is a cloud platform which is launched by Microsoft in February 2010. This open source
and flexible cloud platform which helps in development, data storage, service management &
hosting solutions.

business process faster. It has visual drag-and-drop tools and prebuilt, industry-specific
content.

SAP Process Automation aims to improve process efficiency and enhance business agility.

3. Differentiate the “As Is” versus “To Be”

The difference between "As Is " and “To Be” is that “As Is” is the state of a process refers to its
current state, before you make any alterations or advancements, you must understand how the
procedure works. On the other side, the “To Be” process represents the state of the future.

4. What are “Add-Ons” to ERP? Give at least 3 and define its function.
“Add-Ons” to ERP is provide a way to visualize the data in your ERP and present it in an easy-to-
understand report. These tools typically allow companies to perform data analysis, data
querying and report on the vast amounts of data available in their business.
CUSTOMER RELATIONSHIO MANAGEMENT
Strong customer relationships are viral,regardless aof the industry on organizations operates in.
Its providing such useful insights as buyer behaviour and purchase history, as well as interaction
histories with leads, customers and prospects.
INVOICE AUTOMATION
One of the most critical modules for any ERP solution, strong invoice automation modules can
make any company that bit more financially savvy. They can perform complex, real time
calculations providing for more valauble insights thn general accounting can.
SUPPLY CHAIN MANAGEMENT
Keeping accurate track of the comings and goings of inventory can extremely difficult. Which is
why integrating a supply chain management module into an ERP.
