Nowadays, folks are doomed with stress and it’s crucial for them to develop their own ways to

release stress. Those su ering from pressure can seek for assistance through plenty of outlets, for
instance, having an appointment with psychologist or spending time with the beloveds. However,
in my opinion, exercising and managing time e ciently are the most suitable manners to alleviate
stress.

In the rst place, via exercising, our body produces a kind of chemical substance, called
“dopamine,” which makes people feel energetic and ecstatic. This outcome is as well endorsed
by large amount of studies, stating that individuals should exercise for at least half a hour per day
to maintain their productivity and soothe their emotion. For me, I hit the gym ve times weekly
and I realize that not only do I get rid of the haunting stress, but I also enhance my concentration
on important tasks. With little exercise, one can feel genuinely positive in uence on his or her
strain.

Additionally, it is utilizing time e ciently that allows me to feel unstressful and hence, o ers me a
sense of accomplishment. For me, however tough the works are, as soon as I accomplish my
targets, the sense of achievement would wipe o my fatigue and therefore release the stress. For
instance, throughout my college life, not only did I have a double major, but I was also a private
English tutor for at least ten students. The workload was heavy since I both had to earn
outstanding semester grades for graduation school and support my own life. However, di cult
and stressful as it might seem, I discovered that as long as I didn’t waste any of my time, I would
feel satis ed with my hard work and forget about the anxiety.

To sum up, exercising and managing time e ciently are the two e ective ways for people to
alleviate or even eradicate pressure. Living in the world with intense atmosphere, individuals are
unlikely to escape from stress. However, what one can do, or must do, is to excavate the “herbs”
that cure your anxiety on pressure.
