the capital of Tapin Regency, Rantau, quoted by Antara. Between, Saturday (3/4).

status of one alert and for the Tapin dam upstream of the river it was still in normal condition.

Formerly, the Meteorology, Climatology and Geophysics Agency (BMKG) issued an alert
warning of the potential for extreme weather in Indonesia for a week from April 3-9, 2021.
"BMKG predicts the potential for extreme weather in the form of heavy-very heavy rain, strong
winds and high waves in the next week in some parts of Indonesia," said BMKG Deputy for
Meteorology Guswanto in Jakarta, Saturday.
BMKG as the Tropical Cyclone Warning Center (TCWC) Jakarta detected the presence of two
tropical cyclone seeds, namely tropical cyclone 90S in the Indian Ocean southwest of Sumatra
and tropical cyclone 99S in the Sawu Sea, East Nusa Tenggara.

The intensity of the two Tropical Cyclone Seeds tends to strengthen in the next 24 hours with
movement away from Indonesian territory. Indirectly, the presence of these cyclone seeds can
contribute significantly to the increase in atmospheric lability and the growth of rain clouds in
some parts of Indonesia, besides that it can encourage an increase in wind speed which has an
impact on increasing wave heights in some Indonesian waters.

So that within a week the potential for moderate to heavy rain is predicted to occur in the
provinces of Aceh, North Sumatra, West Sumatra, Bengkulu, Lampung, South Sumatra, Banten,
DKI Jakarta, West Java, Central Java, DI Yogyakarta, East Java, North Kalimantan, Central
Sulawesi, Southeast Sulawesi, Maluku and Papua.

Then the potential for very heavy rain is predicted in South Sulawesi, Bali, West Nusa Tenggara,
East Nusa Tenggara.
