Guidance to various departments regarding Safety, Occupational Health, Industrial Hygiene, Water & Sewage Treatment; Green Belt / Plantation Development, Solid Waste Management, general environment and Public awareness of the EHS issues, To work on voluntary environmental initiatives (IS 14001, OHSAS 180001, SA 8000, Responsible Care) , Plan for CSR activities based on need assessment and Sustainability Reporting To work on CDM, Climate change, GSCM and other VEIs Advise administration/HR for Greenbelt/ Greenery Development depending upon the conditions stipulated by Govt. Regulatory agencies; and Development of parks within Plant site and Colony for maintaining in general a green environment as well as Plantation for rural development activities, if any.
AVP - EHS
Setting of EHS target, close monitoring and follow up for Effluent disposal, ferti irrigation, Bio composting, air pollution, hazardous waste management, odour control for all locations Co-ordinate with all decentralized EHS department across location to standardize and review implementation of all EHS norms set out for the organization. Evaluation of techno-economic feasibility for new environmental technologies, MIS system, etc... EHS planning & strategy .as per company policy Co-ordinate and respond to various environmental legislative bodies Central, SPCBs & Industry Associations and environmental committees To identify environment risk implication and suggest mitigation steps. Consolidation of all EHS reporting from locations. Conduct periodic environment audit for all facilities and new investment and periodic review with all locations. Help plant in developing and implementing ISO 14001, OHSAS 18001 & Responsible Care Organize external and internal environmental audits, follow up implementation of environment audit recommendations. Audit for fire fighting Management system. Accident Investigation reports and taking suitable action for prevention in future Assist CoEHS to coordinate EHS related studies conducted through HO including CDM, GSCM, and Climate change. And any other business which have link with EHS

EIA study and coordination with EIA consultants for new project approval from MOEF / State level Authorities Co-ordinate with all plants related to EIA study and approval Updation of statutory related requirements pertaining to EHS. MIS system for EHS performance recording through software installation Close co-ordination with all R&D labs at NOIDA and PMSL Sahibadad for EHS related activities and guidance Information/awareness of site teams.
Co-ordination with Administration department for Safety planning & its implementation at HO Support of safety capacity building related activities for all the locations and keeping track of safety performance and get involved in safety improvements
Work with project dept to prepare Feasibility Report, IEMs, etc for new projects Assessment of Capex proposals from EHS point of view Assist CoEHS to coordinate EHS related studies conducted through HO including CDM, GSCM, Climate change. And any other business which have link with EHS

Coordination of all sustainability related job with all respective
manufacturing units. Co-ordination with all departments for collection and compilation of data for sustainability Ensuring implementation of performance indexes related to EHS dept. To develop database requirement for satisfying performance indicators as per GRI guidelines. To develop system for database generation and continuous updation. To develop system for data assurance and analysis. To develop a system for continuous updating of Jubilants website from EHS angle in consultation with Corporate Communication. To develop a suitable system for receiving and responding to public queries. Verification of different reports generated and also co-ordination in receiving performance indicators for various other areas. (Economic, HR). CDM project identification, registration and co-ordination for all locations Preparation of CSR report

Compilation of data for MIS - EHS. Configuration of the software on need base. Support for training of users on the software Up-dation of data in the MIS & report generation Preparation of EHS monthly report Support to corporate EHS function. Sustainability data compilation and co-ordination of Environmental monitoring in plants. Coordination of Environmental performance monitor related sites/plants activities Identify areas for reduction in water consumption / effluent generation and waste minimisation including hazardous waste management at all locations. Monthly updating to EHS team at HO To work on E-waste and Battery wastes for all the plants, R&D labs & other locations / offices

AVP - EHS
He shall be the overall In-charge of EHS related functions at plant site. The main function will be: Setting of EHS target, close monitoring and follow up for Effluent treatment & disposal, air pollution control, hazardous waste management, Incineration & odour control. Coordinate all safety related work and work for a safe and accident / incident free environment at site; Evaluation of techno-economic feasibility for new environmental technologies. To identify environment risk implication and suggest mitigation steps. Conduct periodic EHS audit, Occupational Health audits, etc. Fire fighting Management system. Accident Investigation , reporting procedures and corrective actions to take up EHS related activities such as environmental monitoring, safety performance in the plant Advise to staff on data regarding Consent, Cess as well as details regarding Safety , Health etc. for submission to SPCB / other statutory authorities in consultation with EHS-HO. Routine plant inspections for observing any environmental or safety related deviations and assist to complete corrective action. To guide on audit / ISO / OHSAS documentation etc. Undertake / implement various initiatives to improve safety performance through HAZOP studies, Safety training, Emergency preparedness plan, and other company vide initiatives such as Safety Capacity Building, Sustainability Mission, EHS & Climate change Policy , etc.. . To organise safety awareness programs among all the plant personnel and contract workers. He shall report functionally to EHS-HO and administratively to the Unit head.
TRAINEE ENVIRONMENT
The Trainee shall work under the guidance of the Head/Incharge/Manager-Env. at plant site. He / She shall be trained in day to day monitoring of AAQ, Stack Emissions and Ambient Noise Levels and any work related to environment, Health & Safety. Identify areas for reduction in water consumption / effluent generation and waste minimisation including hazardous waste management at all locations. Monthly updating to EHS Head To work on areas identified as per Corporate philosophy of the company in consultation with HO He shall assist the Environmental Engineers / Scientists in day to day activities under the guidance of Manager-Env.
