Deans provide academic and administrative leadership to support the University mission
and ensure student success.
Provides direction, resources, and oversight to help ensure that all key personnel complete
and comply with required education
The Dean is responsible for the ethical conduct of research and for establishing and
maintaining a culture of compliance and integrity among faculty
Deans develop and maintain effective communication within their respective college,
with personnel across campus, with students, and with external community constituents.
The Registrar;
The Registrar ensures the integrity, accuracy, and security of all academic records of
current and former students, and facilitates effective student registration process;
Manages an efficient transcript evaluation and processing;
Developing and maintaining degree audit system and certification of students for
graduation/graduation clearance;
Maintains up-to-date course schedules, catalogs, final examination schedules;
Interprets and enforces academic policies and regulations of the University;
Organize training and orientation of non-teaching employees in the university
The Provosts;
The Provosts responsible for all principal duties of the residence hall operation, including
worship programming, leadership training, resident student data management, and facility
management.
Proper record-keeping for effective functioning of the residence hall environments.
To ensure policies and processes are in place for proper residence functioning and
communicated appropriately to students.
Ensure student safety procedures and protocols are practiced and in place.
To promote student health by ensuring the living habits of residence hall students regarding
a regular routine of working, studying, and sleeping.
Maintain room conditions and student locations that are conducive to academic excellence.

Establish and monitor appropriate procedures, processes, and systems to controls on all
University financial transactions
Responsible for activities associated with the collection and disbursement of funds and the
recording of all financial transactions of the University.
Manage the University's understanding of and compliance with external reporting
requirements such as accounting standards and state and federal tax laws
