How to register

with Amadeus
Service Hub

User Guide

Amadeus Service Hub is our on line portal that can provide you with a great amount of content and information on
our products and functionalities as well as support tools and training.

This user guide will show you the steps you have to follow to register in this platform.

Registration process
You can register from:

 Amadeus Selling Platform Connect


 Amadeus Selling Classic
 From the standalone Amadeus de Amadeus Service Hub URL

Registration from Selling Platform Connect or Selling Classic


1. From Selling Platform Connect click on the Service Hub link:

From Selling Classic click on the following icon:

2. A window will open where you will have to fill in your email address, once you enter it click on Next.

3. Then you will see a registration screen. In the section Select one of the users search for your name in the list.
If your name is in the list, click on it. If your name is not in the list, choose the option I am not in the list.

4. Complete the requested information. Some information is mandatory, like the language and the time zone.
Important: We recommend to pay close attention when selecting your time zone and entering your phone
number, be aware that you must add the plus (+) sign before the number.
Remember to check the box “I am aware of the Amadeus Data Protection Policy”. Then click on Register.

Ready!! You are now registered and can access in to Amadeus Service Hub.

Register from the Amadeus Service Hub URL


1. Go to the following link: https://servicehub.amadeus.com/
2. Choose your profile (e.g. Travel Agencies & Online Travel Agencies) and click on Register.

3. The following window will be displayed where you will enter your office ID and your agent sign (which is the
sign that you use to access Amadeus, e.g: CSMITH or 1244AB. (Depending on whether you are a Selling Connect
or Selling Classic user ). Once you have entered the information, click on Next.

4. Enter your email address, then click on Next

5. The following registration form will be displayed. In the field Select one of the users look for your name in the
list. If your name is in the list, select it by clicking over it. If your name is not in the list, select the option I am
not in the list.
Complete the requested information. There are some mandatory fields, like the language and the time zone.
Important: We recommend to pay close attention when selecting your time zone and entering your phone
number be aware that you must add the plus (+) sign before the number.
Remember to check the box “I am aware of the Amadeus Data” protection policy. Then click on Register.

6. The system will display a confirmation message informing you that an email will be sent to the administrator
(an Amadeus employee) who will activate your account.

7. Once the account has been activated you will receive two emails: the first one will confirm your user activation
and the second one will contain a temporary password, which you will have to change when you log in for the
first time in Amadeus Service Hub.

Now you can access our platform.

How to get a password when you already have an agent sign to log in to Amadeus
Service Hub:

This process applies to users who already have an agent sign, but don´t have a password to log in to Amadeus Service Hub
from the site´s URL.

1. Enter the Amadeus Service Hub URL: https://servicehub.amadeus.com/


2. Choose your profile (e.g. Travel Agencies & Online Travel Agencies) and click on Register.

3. Enter your Office ID, your agent sign and click on Register

4. Then you will receive an email with your temporary password which you will have to change when you log in
for the first time in Amadeus Service Hub.

Now you can access our platform.
