Dear Students,
You are intimated that Industry Internship Programme (IIP) is an integral part of your PGDM
Programme. It is to be completed successfully for promotion to the second year of the programme.
The objective of this programme is to get exposure of the workplace in the industry regarding the
management concepts which are taught during lectures at the institute. The practical knowledge
about the workplace helps to acquire competencies which are necessary for effective and efficient
working in the future for management professional.
For successful completion of internship programme your sincere and dedicated efforts are required
and these would result in honing skills and knowledge in line with requirements of potential
employers. Due to this, the employability of the candidate gets enhanced considerably. Further,
we expect students to complete their internship programme successfully and get pre-placement
offers from their respective companies of the internship. It is very crucial for your career and
professional advancement. We are confident that you will put your sincere efforts for completion
of the programme. You are advised to strictly adhere to stipulated timeline.
You are provided herewith the Guidelines for Industry Internship Programme 2022. The eight
week internship programme shall be held during the period 1st June, 2022 to 31st July, 2022. For
further clarification, please feel free to contact your respective faculty guide.

(b) Duration: The total duration of the programme is of eight weeks starting from 1st June, 2022

(b) Students will be allocated a faculty guide for internship. Students have to compulsorily
report the progress of their work and their learnings to the respective faculty guide on a
fortnightly basis through online meetings during the programme.
(c) Students must fill up and upload all the Fortnightly Progress Reports to their faculty guides
on SKIPS Connect as per the shared format only.

(ii) The Internship Report submitted at the organization is evaluated by the Industry Guide as per
criterion given below (50 Marks)

(iii) Evaluation of project presentation and viva-voce would be carried out according the following

For preparation of the final result of the paper, the average of the two total
