RUSSIAN TABLE SET UP

 Good Morning Sir/Ma`am, may I present to you the Russian Service Table Set Up.
 First we have the center piece the salt and pepper shaker.
 For your plate Sir/Ma`am you have your show plate, dinner plate, salad plate, soup
bowl with under liner.
 On your left side of your plate Sir/Ma`am you have your fish fork, salad fork, and
dinner fork.
 On your right side of your plate Sir/Ma`am you have your dinner knife, salad knife,
soup spoon and fish knife.
 On the top of your plate Sir/Ma`am you have your dessert spoon and dessert fork.
You also have the bread and butterplate with butter spreader.
 For your glasses Sir/Ma`am you have your water goblet, red wine glass, white wine
glass and lastly your table napkin.
