1. 生效日期 1. Commencement
本規例自 2022 年 2 月 10 日起實施。 This Regulation comes into operation on 10 February 2022.
2. 釋義 2. Interpretation
(1) 在本規例中 —— (1) In this Regulation—
公共交通工具 (public transport carrier) 包括 —— authorized officer (獲授權人員) means an authorized officer
(a) 正在為公眾提供服務的公共巴士、公共小巴、私家 appointed under section 11(1);
巴 士、私 家 小 巴、學 校 私 家 小 巴、的 士、鐵 路 列 fixed penalty (定額罰款) means the fixed penalty under section
車、輕便鐵路車輛、電車、纜車及渡輪;及 18(1);

(6) (6) In this section—

(6) The exercise of a power under subsection (2) by a taxi

10. 對需照顧者的責任人的規定 10. Requirements for responsible persons for vulnerable persons
(1) 需照顧者的責任人須盡其最大的努力,確保該需照顧者 (1) A responsible person for a vulnerable person must use the

mentally incapacitated person (精神上無行為能力的人) means a

(1) 為確定第 5(1) 或 7(1) 條是否正在或已經獲遵守,獲授權 (1) An authorized officer may do any or all of the following

(b) 要求任何指明處所或指明公共交通工具的掌管
人 —— (iii) enter and inspect any premises that are
designated for any specified public transport
(i) 交出該掌管人所管有的、關乎營運或管理該處 carrier to park, berth or stop to pick up or set

17. 指明醫學豁免證明書 17. Specified medical exemption certificate
(1) 一份醫學證明書須符合以下條件,方為施行本規例而屬 (1) For the purposes of this Regulation, a medical certificate
