G.R.

An initiatory pleading properly filed shall be assigned a


docket or G.R. (General Register) number, which shall identify the
case for record purposes until its termination under the Rules of
Court.
Real party in interest is the person or entity whose rights are
involved and stands to gain from a lawsuit or petition even though
the plaintiff who filed suit is someone else, often called a "nominal"
plaintiff.
Real party in interest is the person or entity who has the right to
bring suit even though someone else would ultimately benefit
from the suit if it is successful

resolution of the court and which is the subject of execution,
although the other parts of the decision may be resorted to in
order to determine the ratio decidendi for such a resolution.
