Live Bold 360 Overview
Our Group and its operations have the needed licensing, university partnership, irrigated land, equipment,
and facilities to grow over 150 acres of hemp for CBD production and another 5 acres for research. Our
Team along with our Cultivation Consultants have a combined total of over 50 years of experience in
Hemp and Cannabis cultivation, in addition our Farming Partners manage tens of thousands of acres under
cultivation at one time.

We currently have relationships for warehouses and other facilitates that will assist with our first year’s
harvest but we will be expanding operations and performing upgrades across our facilities as we
incorporate new methods to increase yields and reduce cost. Our founders also have start-up and
operational experience for efficiently building our drying facilities and greenhouses through partner
relationships.

We also bring our experience in starting and managing businesses with concentration on growth and
profitability. Our business model is build to allow us to take our concepts and operating procedures in
other States as we expand.
Live Bold 360 Overview
Our Team members have equal amounts of experience in Ag tech, business operations and marketing. We
intend to create a large and profitable business based on Industrial hemp products, which will include large
scale outdoor cultivation (up to 50,000 acres), greenhouse operations (up to 50K SqFt), high capacity CBD
extraction systems, end-user product manufacturing and large marketing operations including mobile apps to
assist our customers in buying and using our unique formulations. We also intend to create a consortium of
partner farmers that we will acquire acreage and be service providers for additional extraction and
manufacturing, as well as a source for their hemp fiber.

Most important, for our own cultivation and those of our partners, we will manufacture and market a wide
variety of hemp derived products that we will market. We are very experienced in creating modern online
marketing operations that we believe will be very effective in moving a large amount of hemp derived food,
nutraceuticals and fiber products for ourselves and Arizona farmers.

Our goal is to create a fully integrated hemp products company that includes farming, greenhouse
operations, large scale CBD extraction and refining, consumer products manufacturing and online
marketing with unique mobile apps to enhance the experience of CBD and build a large market
presence.
