Disclaimer: While Task 1 required me to identify the strengths and weaknesses of every

member of EXCo, it is worth noting that psychoanalysing my fellow EXCo mates based on
their report card as well as a few facts about themselves remain a partial and inaccurate
reflection of their true personalities. In real life, I hope to be able to work with them in the
future and get a better understanding of their work ethics and preferences before jumping to
conclusions.

Rocky Master (Logistics)

Strengths
1. Amicable personality
➔ As a self-proclaimed social butterfly, Rocky will be able to build rapport easily
with anyone in the CCA, developing good interpersonal relationships with them
as well.
➔ His presence is surely well-liked in the batch, and everyone enjoys conversing
with him!
➔ With relation to his role in Logistics, Rocky may need to communicate with
individuals to facilitate the loaning/returning of equipment. Effective
communication on his part can ensure that members return their equipment on
time.

2. Dedicated student → dedicated member of the CCA

➔ Rocky pays attention and is engaged in lessons. Hence, you can be sure that he
will channel the same level of dedication in Ardent. His level of engagement
means that he will be able to actively contribute during meetings and discussions
as well.
➔ Rocky is always available for meetups, hence EXCo does not need to worry
about his attendance during meetings/meet-ups because he is constantly able to
commit!
➔ Rocky’s PW A grade further testifies his ability to communicate and collaborate
with students.

3. (inferred) Strong analytical and critical thinking skills

➔ Rocky’s H2 History A grade goes to show that he has the ability to
cross-reference, analyse and interpret pieces of information. This is an important
skill because Rocky can plan logistics for duties efficiently, as well as judge
whether new equipment should be procured after weighing out the pros and
cons.
➔ H2 History takers are equipped with analytical and critical thinking skills such as
the ability to assess evidence and evaluate conflicting interpretations to make
well-informed judgements of the past and better understand the present. This
also means Rocky’s inputs and opinions in a CCA are highly valued.
◆ Rocky can leverage on past experiences to make better decisions in the
future.

4. Rocky is a unique rock

➔ Who uses a trolley bag in this day and age
➔ He is not like other rocks
➔ We value quirky characters in EXCo because they bring variety and fun to the
table :D

Weaknesses
While Rocky seems like an enjoyable personality to work with, his report card does reveal a few
traits about his character as well.

1. (inferred) Spontaneous bursts of energy rather than consistent focus.

➔ I really do not wish to generalise, but Rocky’s B for CSC, GP and C for Literature
shows that while his command for History is strong, the same cannot be said for
the rest of his subjects.
➔ This could stem from his strong passion for History, and hence his likelihood to
invest more time and effort in the subject. This results in his neglecting the other
subjects, leading to the imbalance in grades.
➔ Therefore, his attitude could be similar to that of spontaneous bursts of energy
and sustained focus on one aspect that interests him the most only. This is not
ideal since Logistics require consistent logical thinking (as the name suggests) to
maintain responsibility throughout two years.

2. Potential red flag?

➔ Depending on the content he posts on Tiktok he could either be an addition to
our CCA by lending help to Starley Bucks, or we should all collectively stay away
from him
Challenges faced engaging with him

Rocky’s bubbly personality may lead to his getting side-tracked from his Logistics duty to hold
conversations with other people instead. I can envision him putting down the DSLRs in his
hands to talk to the technicians about the weather instead.

Rocky may also be unable to strike a balance between his academics, EXCo duties and his Tik
Tok account, and scenarios may pop up where Rocky is replying to Tik Tok comments on his
phone in the middle of EXCo discussions.

How will you go about managing these struggles

1. Remind Rocky of the things he has to get done with at the end of the day/week, such
that Rocky has a clear understanding of his duties to complete.
➔ This reduces the possibility of him getting distracted (either by the technicians
talking about the weather or his Tik Tok notifications)
◆ Especially when his responsibilities get more intense during larger-scale
duties for big events, this ensures Rocky is always on-task

2. Encourage Rocky to turn off his Tik Tok notifications (if he hasn’t)
➔ This is for the sake of his D in H2 Maths, and also to ensure he can attune 100%
of his focus on EXCo during meetings etc.

Rosie Tetchers (secretary)

Strengths
1. Rosie is efficient
➔ She types fast, hence you can be assured that she will be able to draft emails
and reply to emails ASAP. This maintains speedy communication and
coordination with clients/Event ICs.
➔ Rosie also runs fast which means that she can run errands effectively if the
situation calls for it during duties/projects
➔ Rosie’s speed is a compelling factor that makes her a valuable asset for Studio
Ardent as she can ensure the systematic and coherent flow of work in the CCA
without compromising on the time taken.

2. Rosie has the potential to strive.

➔ Her A in H2 Physics and H2 Translation is impressive!
➔ This goes to show her strong command in logic and ability to switch gears quickly
between two languages
◆ This could possibly parallel to her ability to alternate between studies and
EXCo duties

Weaknesses
1. Clumsiness
➔ Rosie misplaces her keys often which reveals her forgetfulness and clumsy
attitude as well.
➔ This is quite a dire weakness to deal with since a secretary should be keeping
track of the bulk of Ardent’s administrative work, as well as staying on top of
email correspondence
◆ How can we ensure that Rosie does not accidentally archive an email,
forget to reply to emails and leave out attendance taking for one or more
CCA sessions?
➔ While her act of clumsiness may just be a spur of the moment
absent-mindedness, it may be interpreted by others as irresponsibility. This could
potentially affect the image of Studio Ardent in the eyes of the school.

2. Can speed and accuracy coexist?

➔ While Rosie may be fast at running and typing, we cannot say for sure whether
this will compromise on her accuracy and attention to detail.
➔ Emails cannot be unsent – it is hard to make amends if Rosie accidentally replies
to the wrong email, addresses the wrong person in email etc.

3. Communication skills can be improved.

➔ As stated by her PW grade and her teacher’s comments, Rosie has to learn to
communicate better with her peers to work better in group projects. While it is not
mentioned in the card, there are a few possibilities as to the forms her poor
communication skills can take:
◆ She gives group members the silent treatment? She has her own
opinions and objections but does not voice them out resulting in lots of
dissonance in the entire process of working on the project
◆ Strong-headed individual that wants to take matters into her own hands
without informing other group members?
◆ Potential slacker that does not reply to messages and fails to show up for
meetings?
➔ Regardless, Rosie’s lack of communication skills may affect the planning of CCA
projects, especially when EXCo highly values group-based discussions

Challenges faced engaging with her

Rosie’s weaknesses may serve as potential challenges EXCo will face, and will all have to be
taken into consideration when working with her. Furthermore, it should also be noted that
Rosie’s sleep schedule from 10pm-6am everyday, albeit healthy, may end up meaning that she
may not be able to commit to online meetings that extend into the night, or she may be unable
to reply to urgent messages sent in the night. All this affects the efficiency of the dissemination
of information within EXCo.

How I will overcome these struggles

1. Encourage Rosie to download Grammarly so that she will not be making silly mistakes
when corresponding via email.

2. Inculcate a habit within Rosie to check through emails before spending, encouraging her
to work slower instead.

3. Download reminder apps on Rosie’s phone/purchase a physical planner such that Rosie
can remind herself of tasks to work on.
a. Rosie can consider purchasing a separate planner solely for CCA
responsibilities.

4. At the end of a discussion, I should cue Rosie to ask if she has any questions/thoughts
that she might want to voice out, such that we can ensure that everyone within EXCo is
on the same page, and dissonance will not break out.

5. If Rosie cannot be found online, make an effort to find her in school.

Chanel Tan (Treasurer)

Strengths
1. Human calculator that makes good financial decisions
➔ An expert in maths, can ensure that the funds are all calculated correctly and
efficiently
➔ Chanel’s thrifty personality ensures that she can make good financial decisions
for the CCA as well, hence we can count on her to cut the budget of CCA if
required

2. She leads a methodical and well-planned life

➔ Chanel manages her time well and most likely has a very methodical approach
towards life
➔ Her ability to juggle with commitments within and outside of school goes to show
that she plans her time very well, and has a logical approach to life as well
➔ Hence, Chanel can plan logistics, manage equipment etc. really well, and she
may find enjoyment in her role as Treasurer as well

3. Good role model for her peers

➔ Her exemplary behaviour sets a good example for members of SA to follow
➔ Abide by her code of conduct and you can never go wrong!

Weaknesses
1. Introverted character
➔ While there is nothing wrong with being an introvert, Chanel has to step out of
her comfort zone to interact with her peers
➔ Especially given the fact that there are two Tres-Logs ICs, Chanel may have to
communicate frequently with Rocky. Her introverted personality may not be able
to facilitate effective communication.
Challenges faced engaging with her

Chanel’s high commitment level within school (H3 Chemistry) as well as outside of school
(external classes for all her subjects and studies Literature outside) means that she has less
free time than the average JC student. There is the possibility that she may not be able to juggle
EXCo commitments as well, or rather when given the choice between focusing on schoolwork
or EXCo, Chanel may choose the former instead.

How I may overcome these struggles

1. Since her other Logistics counterpart, Rocky, is a more extroverted and outgoing
individual, I can encourage Rocky to be more proactive in communicating with Chanel,
such that she may gradually open up to him, and eventually to the CCA as well.

2. While it is impossible to get Chanel to cut down on her voluntary commitments, EXCo
can try to work around her commitments and schedule discussions at her convenience
and availability instead.

3. Should there be instances where Chanel (or other members) are unable to make it for
EXCo meetings, there should be the building of an effective relay system within the
EXCo group chat such that all are well-informed and updated of any new plans.

Fraser Champy (HR)

Strengths
1. Aims to better his life
● His role model, Kelvin Lim, was a man that changed his lifestyle completely to become a
bodybuilder after surviving a stroke
● This means that Fraser is striving to lead an orderly, productive and well-regulated life
just like that of his idol
● It is in Fraser’s subconscious mind to enforce a sense of order in his own life as well

2. He is beefed-up
● My man Fraser has the gains to help Rocky and Chanel carry heavy CCA equipment

3. He works well with his peers

● Manages interpersonal relationships with CCA batchmates well, spurring greater
communication
● Able to converse effectively with peers with regard to duty allocations etc.

Weaknesses
1. Poor time management
● As much as Fraser aspires to lead a productive lifestyle, the reality of the solution is that
he manages his time poorly, and this affects not only his grades, but also his ability to
focus in class.
● As such, Fraser may end up struggling in class or feeling burnt-out easily, affecting his
ability to dedicate time and effort in EXCo.
● His poor time management may also affect his organisation of duty hours etc.

2. Soft-spoken demeanour
● While Fraser’s ability to build rapport with individual classmates is commended, his
soft-spoken nature affects his ability to communicate with the whole of CCA
● This will arise as a difficulty when facilitating CCA bonding sessions, outings and
initiatives that involve discussions with the whole of the CCA

Challenges faced engaging with him

Fraser’s lack of time management will end up getting to him in terms of his studies and EXCo as
well, resulting in an inability to commit to either. As such, Fraser may end up taking too much
time on certain duties/errands, affecting the overall productivity of EXCo.

How may I overcome these struggles

1. Just like Rosie, I can encourage Fraser to download reminder apps on his
phone/purchase a physical planner such that he can remind himself of tasks to work on.
a. Fraser can consider purchasing a separate planner solely for CCA
responsibilities.
2. I can encourage Fraser to speak up more during CCA sessions by allocating more
opportunities for him to hold discussion with the rest of the CCA, building his confidence
and overcoming his soft-spoken demeanour.

Starley Bucks (Publicity)

Strengths
1. Excelling in Art
➔ Starley’s distinction in H3 Art as well as A in H2 Art testifies her extreme talent in
the aesthetics
➔ Starley’s artistic input will be highly-valued in the CCA, and we can look forward
to beautifully-curated publicity materials as well as CCA shirts and banners
➔ All this increases the soft power of Studio Ardent

2. Proactiveness in initiating and organising activities

➔ Starley’s role as assistant CT Rep in class gives her ample experience in
organising class activities
➔ We can look forward to creative and engaging publicity initiatives as well
➔ Her proactiveness means that EXCo discussions can also be fulfilling and
productive!

3. Starley’s close proximity to Johor

➔ It takes the same amount of time for her to enter Johor and to reach Hwa Chong
➔ Starley can help to purchase CCA goods (snacks, materials etc.) at a much
cheaper price to effectively cut down on budget
Weaknesses
1. Potential burn-out
➔ Starley is an overachiever with a high commitment level, hence she may not be
able to handle EXCo duties when the workload gets heavy (e.g. during large
school events, yearly symposium)
➔ As a GATE bio student researching on caffeine intake I have a moral obligation to
stop Starley from taking 8 shots of espresso a day

2. No laptop, only PC
➔ Starley is unable to work on the editing of photos or publicity materials as well as
manage the CCA Google Drive folders etc. in school and can only do so at home,
this increases her workload at home significantly
➔ Starley will also not be able to learn photography and videography skills
productively during CCA sessions, which she could potentially apply to the
curating of her publicity materials

Challenges faced engaging with her

Starley may end up overworking herself in order to stay afloat of both CCA and her studies, or
rather end up prioritising one over the other. Furthermore this situation is exacerbated by the
fact that she has no laptop to work on CCA materials in school or during CCA sessions.

How I may overcome these struggles

1. Though this is hard, I could encourage Starley to adopt a healthier sleep schedule

2. In the best possible scenario, Starley is highly encouraged to purchase a laptop. If not,
she can make use of my laptop during CCA hours instead to work on CCA materials.

3. Should there be instances where Starley (or other members) are unable to make it for
EXCo meetings, there should be the building of an effective relay system within the
EXCo group chat such that all are well-informed and updated of any new plans.
Ebi Loh (PA/AVA)

Strengths
1. His presence is a highlight of CCA
➔ Ebi can make others smile and has the ability to brighten up the class
atmosphere with the bubbly attitude
➔ Ebi is the class well-being champion as well
➔ He is the catalyst for a well-bonded CCA batch! We can be sure that Ebi will
inculcate a wholesome Ardent family where everyone looks forward to CCA
sessions

2. Ebi is an all-rounded individual

➔ He plays the cello in SCO — his musicality makes him a good fit for PA/AVA
because his views and aesthetic takes will most likely to align with that of
performing arts CCAs that require front-of-house and backstage operations
➔ His experience in Mindsports, having won many awards for chess and contract
bridge provides him with the ability to think on his feet. Hence, Ebi can make
good, well-informed decisions at the spur of the moment for the CCA.

Weaknesses
1. Ebi’s potential has not been maximised
➔ Ebi requires a little more hard work to excel academically
➔ Hence, it can be inferred that he does not put in 100% of his efforts in his studies,
and most of the time does not make an effort to study hard
➔ How can we ensure that Ebi’s curated PA/AVA curriculum for the CCA is not
sub-par and mediocre, given his likelihood to not dedicate all his effort in it?
Challenges faced engaging with him

Ebi may settle for normalcy rather than striving to achieve the best for the CCA due to his lack of
effort. Hence, he may rally for the “easy-way-out” when making EXCo decisions, choosing to
support less troublesome initiatives that end up being less spectacular.

How I may overcome these struggles

1. Vet through Ebi’s curated PA/AVA curriculum and provide suggestions for a second draft
on how it could be improved/elevated. The rest of EXCo can serve to allow Ebi to
achieve greater heights by providing ample feedback.

2. While we value Ebi’s opinions in CCA discussions, if there is a need to, I should inform
and explain to Ebi the rationale of taking up a harder, more time-consuming task instead,
for the greater good of the CCA.

Kevin Wang (Videography)

Strengths
1. Knows how to engage an audience
➔ Kevin is a professional livestream gamer that needs to be able to attract viewers
and keep them entertained for an extended period of time, hopefully till the end of
his livestream
➔ As such, Kevin can effectively apply his gaming livestream skills to his
Videography lessons in CCA sessions as well, keeping members engaged and
interested in his curriculum

2. High level of productivity and good time-management skills

➔ Kevin is able to complete his work 1 week before the due date, hence this shows
that he is an efficient worker
➔ This ensures that he will not compromise on schoolwork in order to work on
EXCo matters, and vice versa
➔ His ability to complete tasks well before deadlines also shows his thriving mental
health (since he has the motivation to study ahead of time), hence he is the last
person to suffer from burn-out

3. Possesses high-quality equipment

➔ As a professional livestreamer Kevin has all the necessary equipment to produce
high-quality streams (his set-up at home is probably top-notch)
➔ In the event where CCA sessions are to be conducted from home, Kevin has
sufficient understanding as well as the optimal set-up to maintain a sense of
normalcy as that of lecture-style CCA sessions
➔ He can also impart knowledge to EXCo as well as other members of CCA on
how they may shift their work online

Weaknesses
1. Will speed compromise quality?
➔ Just like that of Rosie, how can we ensure that the quality of work that Kevin
produces is of decent quality?
➔ As seen by his grades, his completion of work one week before the due date
does not seem to give him a comparative advantage that allows him to achieve
stellar grades

2. Inability to meet-up
➔ Kevin goes straight home after school, which poses as an inconvenience to the
rest of EXCo because he may not be able to attend EXCo discussions or
meetings after school
➔ There may be a possibility that EXCo meetings clash with his livestream timings

Challenges faced engaging with him

Kevin is a nice boy. However, his work ethic definitely has areas of improvement, and his ability
to commit to after-school meetings should be taken into consideration as well.
How I may overcome these struggles

1. Vet Kevin’s curated videography curriculum and video edits before being submitted to
ensure that they are of presentable quality

2. Should there be instances where Kevin (or other members) are unable to make it for
EXCo meetings, there should be the building of an effective relay system within the
EXCo group chat such that all are well-informed and updated of any new plans.

3. Remind Kevin that EXCo commitments will have to take priority over his livestreams,
hence whenever possible he should work around his livestreams in order to be present
for EXCo matters.

Peppa Cherry (Photography)

Strength
1. Creativity
➔ Peppa breaks free from convention and offers creative and unique ideas to
approach seemingly placid tasks
◆ “Can we make funny faces on top of the pizzas?” is a fresh take on
adding toppings to pizzas
◆ This also goes to show her appreciation for the visual arts as she finds
ways to integrate aesthetics into daily life
➔ Her creativity can be integrated into the curated photography curriculums to
make way for engaging and fun lessons all members of SA will enjoy and benefit
from

2. Fosters inclusivity
➔ When Zoe the zebra rejected her twin sisters, Zuzu and Zaza’s request to attend
the sleepover, Peppa interjects:
◆ “They’re so sweet and little, can they stay for the sleepover?”
➔ Peppa makes an effort to include everyone in an activity, and this is a valuable
strength as she can work towards creating a well-bonded CCA environment
where no one is left behind

3. Peppa is capable of growth and character development

➔ (circa 2014, Best Friend): Peppa ostracises her brother, George and does not
allow him to touch her toys. This makes George feel left out and hurt.
➔ (circa 2020, Pizza Pizza): Peppa works together with George to knead the pizza
dough, and shows support for her brother by affirming him with kind words:
“You’re big and strong too!”
➔ No EXCo member is perfect, and everyone is bound to have flaws in terms of
their character. However, Peppa is able to mature and grow, amending her past
behaviour and changing them for the better. This level of maturity is
commendable as a member of EXCo.

Weaknesses
1. Does not lend help to those in need
➔ Peppa leaves her Mommy Pig and Daddy Pig behind to tidy up the mess made
from the preparations of the pizza to play with George upstairs
➔ She creates more mess in the process
➔ This goes to show Peppa’s inability to empathise with others and extend help
towards them
2. Gets distracted easily
➔ Peppa gets distracted by her friends’ bad ideas and ends up making bad
decisions with them
◆ Singing loudly on the piano at night while Zoe’s parents are asleep
◆ Feasting at night even though everyone was supposed to be asleep
➔ Peppa fails to speak up and do the right thing but gets carried away by what her
friends are doing, and this ends up getting everyone into collective trouble

3. Struggling academically due to lack of discipline

➔ Peppa’s grades are horrendous
➔ Will she be able to commit in EXCo given the fact that she may land herself in
multiple DESU classes?
Challenges faced engaging with her
While Peppa is a morally upright individual that definitely has the heart to serve her CCA, EXCo
has the responsibility to supervise her to ensure that she is atop of schedule both in terms of
school and work.

How I may overcome these struggles

1. I will encourage Peppa to reflect and identify areas of improvement she has in her life –
while she may be enthusiastic to lend help within EXCo, it should not come at the
expense of neglecting everything else.

2. Inculcate the habit in Peppa to practise discipline in her life – making use of reminder
apps, planners etc. to ensure that Peppa is aware of her daily goals and tasks

3. The entirety of EXCo should be willing to offer academic assistance to Peppa if needed
– Chanel who excels in Chemistry can help Peppa, Starley with an A in Math can help
Peppa as well, and the entirety of EXCo (except for Fraser perhaps can offer their GP
notes to Peppa
Q1)
I have to return to the previous room to somehow revive my duelist as only he can save my
controllers with Hot Hands if we were to have any chance to battle the final boss and survive.

I will reenter the previous room with my initiator and leave the hostages at the entrance of the
room. I will use my initiator to push into the previous room, they will cast stun on Lich’s
defenders to slow their rate of advance on my party, possibly tank and absorb their damage and
then I will cast wall onto the area that surrounds Lich as we would want to prevent him from
approaching us near enough to cast any spells which deals massive AoE damage, which we
would certainly not survive. My initiators would cast stun first on Lich’s surrounding defenders as
they are of a lower priority and deal lower damage on us if the stun were to wear off thereafter.
This is also considering that Stun may not work on a mob boss (invulnerability). With this
prolonged hard earned time, I would then proceed near enough to my duelist to revive him, to
stay as far as possible still, as I think that my health is like paper. With the remaining 10 mana, I
can cast slow on Lich if the initial wall casted wears off. I could consume the remaining mana
potion and cast another wall on lich or heal my initiators to keep them alive for the next boss
battle.

After the duelist is revived, he will proceed to frag Lich and his defenders and tank any damage
(if they are no longer walled/stunned) while we make our escape to the next room.

King Frost Boss Fight

I will use the initiator to push the contested ground first while the controllers provide support
through slowing down the enemy. The duelist should pick off lone targets as he is good at
engaging single enemies. He can then cast Hot Hands to unfreeze the controllers whom can be
useful to stun and slow the final bossa and this should be done at the last part when the mobs
are about to die. Once when most of the enemies are killed the main boss should appear. The
controllers should prepare traps before the final boss appears. The player should adopt a
defensive approach and let the boss come to them. Once affected by the slows the initiator
should follow up with stuns so that the duelist can freely engage the boss with minimal defences
from the boss. The initial burst damage should stun the boss further which allows the controllers
and initiator to damage the boss. Eventually the boss should be beaten.

Q2a)
My number one priority and end goal will be to relocate all the logistics inside A406 immediately to a
new location within school, since CCA sessions will still continue as per normal and members will
still require equipment for duties.

1. Deciding on temporary location of CCA room

My first course of action will be to ask Mr Ren, who is still in the room, whether it will be possible for
all the Ardent logistics to be stored in the staffroom (i.e. an empty meeting room, storage area within
staff room). Should Mr Ren agree, the EXCo members and I will jump into action and try our best to
move the logistics over to the new location.

Should Mr Ren reject the aforementioned proposal, I will discuss this matter with my fellow ExCo
members and we will brainstorm together on possible alternatives on where we might store these
logistics temporarily. One location I do have in mind is my classroom, RL130, which is located at the
basement of the Science Research Centre.
Here are some reasons why I believe my classroom is an ideal location for the temporary CCA
room:

A. Luxury of space
As compared to other conventional classrooms, RL130 has an additional partitioned area that is not
used by students. The space is approximately 5m x 3m, and is elongated in space with lots of
benches available. Please see Fig 1 and Fig 2:

Fig. 1: Wide-angle view of RL130

Fig 2: Area behind partition

B: The entire class is a dry-box in itself
Located in the basement, with no windows for sunlight to enter, the dry cabinets with DSLRs can be
placed beneath the long benches. The air-conditioning system in RL130 is more powerful than that
of other classrooms, hence it creates the ideal environment for the storage of equipment as well.

C: Safe to store equipment

The basement is only frequented by my classmates as well as a few teachers who work in the
photonics lab. Hence, there are rarely strangers that will enter our classrooms.

2. Relocating of equipment
Depending on the efficiency, I believe that we will be able to finish the relocating of the logistics in
about four to six hours. Our manpower is sufficient and there is no need to request for additional
help. Heavy logistics such as the dry cabinets and backdrops may be relocated last, and equipment
such as DSLR cameras, tripods etc. should be cleared from the room first.

3. Follow-up
I will contact the school’s infrastructure department ASAP to request for the use of RL130 as the
CCA room. Given the situation that Block A is having safety issues, I believe that the infrastructure
department will understand the rationale behind finding a new CCA room temporarily. Hopefully,
EXCo is able to gain access to the keys to RL130, where we will operate RL130 as our temporary
CCA room subsequently.

2b)
1. HR can contact members of Ardent with dangerously low number of duty hours,
requesting for their aid as facilitators. In an effort to raise their duty hours, these
members can choose to take up the role.
➔ Should students decline due to reasons other than compulsory commitments, HR can try
to convince them that facilitating is an invaluable experience that will be fulfilling for
members

2. Invite seniors from preceding batches of Studio Ardent to stand in as facilitators

➔ This goes to show our respect towards the seniors by beseeching them such honourable
roles, and these seniors most likely have experience to facilitate the sharing of media
projects well too because of all the skills they have picked up during CCA.

EXCo may combine both options 1 and 2 to find at least 8 facilitators in total.

3. EXCo may stand in as facilitators

➔ This should be the last viable option as the Organising Committee is most likely to
consist of several EXCo members already and making them facilitators will increase their
workload significantly.
