GUIDELINES FOR CONDUCTING THE HOME TUTORIAL FOR LTS ACTIVITY
1. Each student who are under the LTS component are required to have a one on one tutorial with their
chosen learner/ tutee.
2. The tutee can be your younger sibling, nephew/ niece, cousin or other relatives that lives within your house,
neighborhood or compound. No need to travel or go to other places to conduct the tutorial. You can also
utilize online platform to conduct tutorial activities.
3. The learner/ tutee is preferably 3 – 6 years old. In the notion that student failed to search for a child who is
3-6 years old, graders or elementary pupils are allowed even those who are in high school or senior high
school for as long as the tutee is younger than the student.
4. The tutorial can be done in the house of the tutee or the house of the tutor (LTS student) provided that they
live in the same house or within one compound. Online tutorial via fb messenger, zoom or g-meet can be
utilized if the tutee lives far from the tutor.
5. Weekly session must be documented either thru video or picture documentation.
6. Lessons must be provided by the tutor. If ever that the learner/ tutee is in formal school they can use the
school’s module or lesson for their tutorial.

7. Weekly reflection will be submitted to monitor that the student are doing their task.
8. The final output is the e-portfolio/ hardcopy portfolio. Template will be given and student can modify the
design depending on their creativeness.
